They never answer their phone. Why have one if your gonna ignore it, not every has a stupid question and most call the main number. Obviously if I’m calling this location it is to find out if my package was there since no one at UPS main could find it they have me 2 numbers and basically a good luck. In the end they still screwed up even tho they said it was fixed on Saturday and actually all the information from sender was correct, the post office screwed up&had the incorrect zipcode even after reconfirming the address several times throughout the weekend. They are never on time even though it’s money back guarantee… and the worst part is to get your $ back is a huge hassle&u have to wait weeks as well… this has happened too many times, I’m done with post office if sending anything besides regular mail.

To submit a passport application you must call on Monday between 9:30 and 11 to make an appointment for a time between 10 – 3 Monday through Friday. This information is NOWHERE on a website and nobody answers the phone when you call. Thanks for wasting my time and money…

I’ve been a long time customer of this location, as it’s near where I live. I had a bad experience here years ago of a postal clerk throwing a package at me. I haven’t seen that person in a long time, so I’m assuming that she has retired. I really only come in here to buy stamps. Most of the clerks are pleasant enough. I noticed that they’re trying to keep this location cleaner than it use to be. Fortunately, I’ve never had to stand in line very often, as I try to get there early in the day. I think that location isn’t as busy as the Exposition location, so it doesn’t take too long to get in & out. All in all, a good enough experience for going to a Post Office. :):)
