This place sucks. Whatever they use to repair your phone with breaks within days. This has happened to me now 3 times in a row. Stay away!

Very Poor quality. New glass on my iPhone broke in 2 weeks without being dropped or anything. I was literally laying watching a video heard a click and a crack appeared. Power button was faulty after repair. NONE OF IT COVERED IN WARRANTY. Zero. Repair guy in filthy stained clothes was rude. Don’t go here

Free diagnosis… and because fix was simple (no new parts needed), there wasn’t a charge for the repair either. Went at 10 AM when they opened. Took 15 minutes.

You ran out of iPhone 6+ screens! How you going to run out when that’s all you do is fix cracked screens! You’re lame! No more sending my friends to you!

My phone went through an entire washing machine cycle. After completely shutting down, I brought my phone into these guys thinking there’s no way they would be able to bring it back to life. I was sure I had lost everything and was mentally preparing to have to buy a new iPhone. But they fixed it! All I needed was a new battery! Great service. Yep. I’m a fan.

Came in to get my screen fixed and the team fixed it great! Had a small issue with my battery not working but they replaced it no problem. Great customer service, awesome turn around time and 5 stars for JT himself.

Honest guys… They know there work well you might feel it’s expensive however there pretty competitive and fast.

Dropped my iPhone 5c twice, the second time left it badly shattered to the point where I couldn’t even use it.
I was super worried it was damaged beyond repair but I took into uBreakiFix and for only $ 100 they replaced the glass and LCD in 45 mins.
Friendly and quick service and my phone is as good as new. The new screen is responsive as when I first bought the phone.

I was a huge fan up till now they were quick and did the job but this time they let me down. They are able to dry out water damage and bless them for that but I paid up the ying yang for them to replace my screen and they left me with a wonky home button, so much so that after they replaced the screen I still did not have a working phone and had to get ATT to replace the whole thing anyway. I am NOT an expert but the guy (who is not super friendly anyway, ok but not great.) who helped me blamed the non working home key on the water. It was working fine after they dried the phone out but as sooon as they changed the glass whamo it was busted. That may or may not be true… but well all in all this experience was not a 5 star one…
I wish I had bettter news to report but I do not.
I would use them again I just have learned not to let them replace the screen and to take it to ATT.

I don’t know if all locations are like this but I would certainly not return here. Brought in my child’s iPad as the headphone jack was broken. Was told they would do a diagnostic and they would get back to me by end of day. That was on a Friday by hey never called so on Monday I followed up. I was told they had ordered a part to fix it and would be ready by end of day. They would call me to confirm. They did not call. So I followed up on Tuesday and was told they had to order another part and they would call me on Wednesday to confirm it was ready for pick up. They did not call. I called again on Thursday and was told yet again that they had the wrong part but they just got the correct one and were fixing it as we spoke. They promised to call at 5 to confirm it was ready. Unsurprisingly they did not call. When I called at 6:15 I was told to run in right before they close to pick it up. So I did. Not only was it not ready I was told they were unable to fix it at all. And since they still had it open (apparently they had just looked at it right before I got there) so I still had to wait 15 minutes.
They actually said we should just go to the Apple Store. Yup. That is definitely what we will do from now on.

I have an iPhone 5 that stopped working due to an enlarged battery that thus caused the screen to lift and make the phone inoperable. I did a google search and came across several places that does iPhone repairs but decided to visit this establishment because of it’s close proximity to my home. Upon arrival I was told the battery I needed was out stock at this location as well two other local shops… The one shop that did have in stock was in Torrance. John, the gentleman working was nice enough to contact the store to let them know I would be in route to their location. 1 hour later I arrived in torrance and after about a 30 minute wait my phone was repaired and fully functional. The crew at the torrance location was equally nice and welcoming. I’m so grateful that they were able to repair my phone today because I’m leaving for Hawaii in the am! Thanks guys, job well done!!!

I had a cracked screen, but everything else worked fine (iPhone 5s).
Brought it in on Saturday morning at 10am (my scheduled appointment) and it was as good as new 30 minutes later!
Glass only: $ 108
Other places were quotinbg me upwards of $ 130.

We’ve been here three times for different reasons and phones. We always go to the so called «genius bar“at the Apple store first & they always either insist that your phone can’t be fixed & you need to buy a new one or they give you an outrageous price to fix it.
Then there’s the relief of the UBreakifix store.
Angie is phenomenal & a whiz. She fixed my daughter’s unfixable phone in minutes.
She’s brilliant & is extremely nice to her clients.

Then it hit me. I still had another try in me. I raced over to a place called UBREAKIFIX on 3^rd Street in Los Angeles. I soon found myself standing on the sidewalk as their doors opened. I was now weary from the travel and spun from all the self-​talking drama. My shoulders slumped when I read the sign inside the store that stated that their specialty was iPhones, not laptops.
I trudged to the counter anyway. Johnny was cool and laid back and acted as if he was actually interested in the Story of the Thump. I expressed to him my dismay that his store only fixed phones.
«Let’s take a look,» Johnny said. He studied the lines on the display screen. Johnny was the first guy to take a look at my laptop before quoting prices and delays and backups.
«Can I open it up?» Johnny asked. «Hell, Yes,» I said. Desperate. Johnny disappeared with the laptop into the back room.
I collapsed into a chair and meditated on my fate and soon something remarkable happened. I realized that I had to let go of this laptop drama. I took a deep breath and accepted the fact that I could not change the Story of the Thump. And then a strange feeling of bliss crawled into my heart space. It was going to be alright. I could show up at the new job without a laptop. I could simply adapt and overcome and improvise and ask for help.
Johnny emerged from the backroom and showed me the insides of my laptop. He pointed out that there was no visual damage. He also informed me that similar to a car in a crash there could be damage that we couldn’t see with the naked eye. He had noticed that a wire was loose and he adjusted it with his pinky finger. He then retreated to the backroom and came back three minutes later. «Hey, Hans,» he said, «Take a look.»
He showed me the screen and it had no lines. It was working again. Fist bump. Hand slap. High five. «That’s what I’m talking about!»
Johnny explained to me that sometimes a «thump» will send a laptop into shock and that all it really needs is a reboot after a little tinkering.
I couldn’t believe my eyes. My worrying collapsed all around me. The display was clean once more. I turned to Johnny. «How did you do that?»
Johnny smiled and said, «It was nothing, Brother. All I did was open it up.»

I think these guys fixed my LIFE along with fixing my iPhone!
My iPhone screen was shattered and it had been a rough week. This was the last problem I needed. During a busy day, I made time to swing by to see if they could help. Within about 6 minutes, they gave me a glass of water, completely fixed my iPhone for almost nothing, and my life has now seemed to fall into place. Thank you Carlos!!!

My phone went for a swim and died prematurely. I knew I was supposed to unscrew the backing and clean it with isopropyl alcohol, but I really didn’t want to mess around with water damage.
So 2 days later, I took my phone in for them to have a look on Saturday. Awesome Asian girl (sorry, totally did not catch her name) took my Nexus in and said she would keep me updated.
5 stars all around for communication — she kept me constantly in the loop about the status. She had cleaned it, tried a new battery, tried a new screen, put in the dehydrator. Nothing.
So I went to collect the corpse of my phone with a heavy heart the next day… only to have it turn on in the store. Guess it’s just our deep bond. ;) After charging it back at home, it’s been operating like before and I’ve had it for a week now. AND IT WAS ALL FO FREE. SAY WHAT. These guys are awesome. Thank god there is a cell phone repair store in the neighborhood.
Dropped my phone, glass cracked, then LCD went out, and the whole cell phone screen turned black. Noooooo!!! Couldn’t see who was calling or texting. Can’t live w/​out a cell. So I Googled «cell phone repair Los Angeles» and this place came up w/​5 star reviews.
Angie and the staff are awesome. She ordered the glass and the LCD (for my Samsung Note 3), called me immediately when it came in, and had it fixed the next day. Waited 1hr, and totes worth it.
Remember, they have to take your phone apart from the back, has a ton of screws and chips that they have to remove. I saw a vid on YouTube, and it literally takes over 45 mins to take apart and put back together. Remember what the inside of a computer looks like? Bits of Ram and stuff all over the place. I’d rather have the experts fix my phone.
So be patient guys. The 1 hr is worth the wait.
And they offer a 90-​day guarantee if your phone has problems. Just come back and they’ll fix it.
