Scheduled an appointment for them to come out and replace our old A/C unit. The whole job was completed in an hour or so and they left the area clean. Very professional and affordable. Thanks again.

After having been quoted over $ 2000 twice by 2 other AC companies for a much repair I needed, I randomly called USComfort and was met by Elias. He was very courteous and professional. After 6 pm on weekend. He discovered the problem & I had AC running blowing cold air — yeah! — and he did the job for under $ 400 — that worked for me. my kind of guy.

Elias is a Rock Star in this industry — not only because of his responsiveness, but also his attention to detail, professionalism and integrity. He picked up his phone late in the afternoon on a sweltering L.A. day to answer my desperate call. Our central air conditioning unit stopped working, and we have a 2,200 square foot house to keep cool for our two young children. He showed up around 8:15 p.m. that night much to my amazement, spent about an hour diagnosing the problem and writing extensive notes with various scenarios whose cost ranged from a simple Band-​Aid fix to more meaningful approaches — knowing our precarious financial situation. The next day he returned to discuss in detail which option would make the most sense under our difficult circumstances and then got to work with his assistant. This is the second time I had to call him out to our property since September when he installed a wall unit for the downstairs portion of our home. That’s when I decided he was the ONLY one I would patronize!

Do Not Waste your time or money Worst Experience Ever… The owner of this company Elias charged me a fee to check out my central air. I had previously gotten a quote from a different company and was shopping around. The owner tried to tell my husband that my system needed a lot more than it did and tried to charge me over $ 2000. When my husband did not hire him, he removed a part of my system so it wouldn’t turn on anymore. What professional gets angry for not being hired and destroys someones personal property? After numerous calls and text, he finally responded and said that he was not going to return because my husband tried to throw him off the roof! I couldn’t believe this mans accusations. Lucky us we had surveillance cameras with audio to prove his false accusations wrong. Who would almost be thrown off the roof, issue a receipt walk away calm and not call the police? This man is mentally disturbed. Not only did he accuse my husband of something false, he threatened me by saying he was going to call the city on me because in his crazy mind thought that i did not have permits to remodel my home! If the owner is like this, then i can’t think of the employees. This is a real review!!! I am serious! This really happen to me. I’m shocked that a professional business owner would treat people like this. This man is insane. After telling the owner that i was going to sue him, he went back and gave me the part that he removed from my central system. Only children and spiteful people play games like this. Please be careful who you let into your home. This person can be a liability on your property, If he lied about being thrown off the roof, he can make anything up and if you don’t have surveillance cameras to back up your statements then this man can make up anything and try to hold you liable. Be safe! I honestly believe that the rest of these review are FAKE! Sorry if I’m wrong but i just can’t believe this company can be honest at all. I still have my receipt to prove that i hired the owner for a consultation. The owner’s name is Elias. I will never forget this experience and i kept my records of the childish text he sent me. I should have done something about this man but he just wasn’t worth my time. Think about it, the reviews say that they all had the same work done in their home and it’s almost around the same time and only one reviewer has 1 friend, and reviewers are from Los Angeles and this company serves San Fernando Valley. Elias came to my home a year ago.

Elyes was great. He came next day to look at my AC issue, gave me a list of options to fix my problem and some other suggestions on how to increase the energy efficency of my house. He fixed the AC unit, and blower and insulated my attic. The work was fast, the workers were friendly and it made a big difference to the performance of my system.

Elias and his team installed an air conditioning condenser unit to our existing duct work/​heating system. Elias recommended that we brace the condenser unit on the roof of our home. Although we never had a unit on our roof, we decided to go with it. The work also included pulling the proper county permits, running the electrical to the roof and installing a new control pad. The installation process was started on a Sunday morning and completed by the same evening. We could tell that Elias was very diligent in his work, making sure that the work was done right. He was very dedicated to getting the job done correctly, and he and his team worked very effectively and efficiently, wasting little to no time not working. We are very happy with our installation. You can not see the condenser unit from the front or back of the house because it was put in an area on the roof that hides it so that there is nothing unsightly about it. Also, Elias fixed several things he saw with our heating unit that were not correct. He is very knowledgable in HVAC, his prices are very reasonable, and you can rest assure that he will do high quality work.

Highest recommendation. Elias is honest and extremely thorough. He manages EVERY aspect of the job. He based his bid on what he felt our house needed, not a like-​for-​like replacement. He oversaw the work directly and his crew worked VERY efficiently. He communicates well, tells you when he’s coming, texts you with updates… The whole deal. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result. He replaced our entire Heating and Air Conditioning system, ducts, added an attic fan and ceiling ladder, attic light, new insulation, and a new 200“amp electrical panel. Work was outstanding, and the product is great. We are very happy with his work!!!

Elias took the time to explain the full range of options for a split heater/​AC room unit: cost, energy efficiency, noise. He supervised the whole job and it was done as promised in one day. He returned when the weather changed to make sure the AC was just right. Recommend highly.
