Seriously amazing customer service and absolutely my favorite bank. I actually look forward to going in because they are all simply wonderful. Everyone is attentive, thoughtful, friendly and detail-​oriented. I can’t recommend these folks enough!

Eek! Methinks not.
#1 The male banker called me «sweetheart» I felt it was very un –professional.
#2 US BANK mixed up which account my money was deposited in, on several occasions.
#3 US BANK failed to change my address after I had told them I moved repeatedly. Then they sent my bank statements to the wrong address jeopardizing my privacy.
#4 They lied to me about loan rates and at closing the rate was double what they had advertised.
I feel like a DISTRICT MANGER OF US BANK should be concerned about the Los Feliz location.
