Jun Millar, an executive Chef on Royal Carribean, Carinival, and Princess Cruiselines has a passion for finding fine and fresh ingredients to prepare his dishes. In 2001, he created Tropical Seafoods to bring nothing but the freshest, sustainably-caught Seafood to supply Hotels, Farmer’s Markets, and dinner tables all over Los Angeles.
