Smaller store with not much selection compared to the other party supply stores around there. (You might find more stuff at Party City.) Four stars instead of three because the girl who works there was super friendly and helpful and gave us ideas for the party.

So easy to visit on a Sunday… shady part of downtown so try to park right out front. Meters are free on Sunday!
Rose was super helpful with my theme. I bought regular sized mylar balloons at $ 2 each, jumbo ones at $ 5 each (retails online at nearly $ 10). I also bought a few packs of regular balloons at 10 for a $ 1. Unfortunately, my party theme is way too popular and a lot of items were sold out (Rose told me they had plates, napkins, puzzles, giveaways, etc) and are backordered until September!!! And I thought I was shopping early for my party next month!
So, minus 1 star for not having everything I needed (darned, not a one-​stop shop for me) and an additional 3% charge for my credit card.
I will definitely be back and highly recommend Rose and this store. I’ve been to many other downtown party stores and this one was really organized, not crowded, and Rose was very sweet and patient with me. I’ve had bad experiences with pushy salespeople at nearby stores. Visit Rose!

I came here on Saturday shopping for my niece’s Sofia Birthday Party, I was surprised by how much Sofia items they had, this was my second and last stop of the day! The worker’s are extremely helpful, the store is a bit small, but they still had everything i needed and more. Definitely will be back for party supplies again.

Just leaving this little party store. Its great they are friendly, and they had what I wanted. When I asked for something they didnt offer they even told me where I could go to find it. Some of the places around this area werent nearly as professional as the staff here, so next time I host an event, I will be back.

I’m not quite sure why this place has such positive reviews. Unilocal completely failed me on this one.
It was a girlfriend’s 30th birthday this weekend and we wanted to get some party favors to jazz it up a lil. Nothing out of the ordinary, just silly stuff. I wanted to get a sash, some noise makers, party hats, balloons etc. First, they have balloons but no helium to blow them up. None of the items we purchased was exactly what we wanted. The salesgirl was not very helpful and even with all the crap they did have, they were still out of most things when we asked. The place is small and cramped. We ended up purchasing balloons there because the girl guaranteed we could get them blown up at supermarket. Nope… Had to purchase the balloons again at Ralph’s.
You’re much better off going to a large party supply store. Don’t waste your time or money in the toy district unless you’re just looking for crap for a blind 2 year old.

I visited the shop today. After reading so many good reviews I was excited. I bought a lot of favors, decorations and supplies and thought I was getting a good deal. The people in the shop seem busy with some paper work and not very interested in helping other than to ramble off prices like an auctioneer. I wasn’t able to get everything I wanted so I visited another store only to realize that I paid more for almost everything I bought :(. I decided to go online (to a chain party store) to look for one more thing I was not able to find and noticed that their pricing was the same. So disappointed I think they don’t mark down prices or give a receipt because in the end they charge what they feel like charging.

We went to this place on Friday and absolutely lived it. The service was beyond amazing Rose the manager there is very helpful with ideas and truthful! If she didn’t have something she would tell us exactly where to find it. The prices are very good and there is a wide variety of things… She even has christmas stuff already!
I highly recommend you go here when planning any kind of party

Without a doubt the most helpful party supply shop in the Toy District, with staff that really know their merchandise. I was planning a last-​minute Minecraft-​themed birthday party, and although there is no licensed merch with this theme, the shop manager really knew how to make find items that work. I walked out with cute goodie boxes (12 for $ 4.99!), square-​shaped plates, and color-​matched napkins. I would most certainly visit again!

Good deals on Birthday grab bags items. I bought, pencils, tops, erasers, sharpeners, kites and some other stuff for a really good price. They girl there is very friendly and will help you find what your looking for. The store isnt big at all, but it has enough stuff around, if not your in downtown LA for crap sake, you will have your pick on a 10 000 others waiting for your business.

Have a theme picked out but no ideas on what to do!?! No worries, just come on in, share your vision and get ready to hear all the ideas in store for you. The size of the store may make you reluctant to think that there is a wide variety of items, but once inside, you’d be amazed at all this small shop has to offer.
You can find all sorts of things here. Anything ranging from balloons to pinatas, favors to tableware. Seasonal items as well as everyday things too. They have a whole wall for just Luau supplies and shared how to make your party look like a million bucks without spending anywhere near that.
Have questions? Feel free to bombard the staff because they have no problem answering (even when the questions don’t pertain to their store). The store is new so the staff is not jaded by the LA crowd. Definitely going to be a store that I’ll be visiting regularly :)

Definitely the best place to shop for those one of a kind parties from birthdays to graduations! I love that they have a plethora of licensed Disney products as well as other characters! They make it so easy at this one stop shop to purchase anything and everything for our party needs! All at a very reasonable price! The shop owners are friendly and helpful, which made my shopping experience one that I’ll always remember. Aside from the value, the friendliness, and vast selections, it is the tidiest wholesale shop I’ve ever been to! Which says a lot to me about how proud the owners are of their business.
