Patrick is wonderful! He was helpful in getting all of my materials ready for the parade. The quality of the products were better than I could have anticipated and were also very reasonably priced. Make sure to see Patrick for all your printing needs.

Got our save-​the-​dates printed here. Pat gave me some good advice on printing recommendations and envelope options. Fair price and we got a ton of compliments on the cards.
Going back for them to do our invites. Repeat business is the surest form of customer satisfaction.

I recently used The Printing Spot to print out a few images, and the final images did not match the initial samples. I expressed my concerns to the owner, Pat Sutton, and asked him if he could make the final image match the initial sample. What followed was pretty shocking. He blamed me for seeing things and stated that I had an ulterior motive for not accepting the final prints. It was clear that the images were different but Pat absolutely refused to have a professional discussion.
I’m sure this place does great work, but the owner leaves a sour taste in your mouth. I looked through the other reviews and it appears that other Unilocalers have had similar issues with Pat.
Pat — please treat your customers like they’re important and we’ll return the flavor. Treat us like we’re garbage and we’ll quickly choose another print shop. I will not use The Printing Spot in the future.

Because I can’t call him a gentleman by any means, I will say the person Patrick that runs this place is a complete jerk and has no people skills. His customer service is non existent, has no patience for questions, and is just plain rude. Now I know why one of my employees wrote «DICK» across our Rolodex card for The Printing Spot. Took my business to Staples and will continue to do so. Sometimes being treated kindly and with basic respect, something Patrick doesn’t know how to do, is more important than saving a buck. Good luck Mr. Miserable.

It’s really nice going to a shop that opens at 8:30am. I I called Patt he gave me a accurate quote I came in and was out again in 5 min’s he emailed me the layout emailed me two revisions of my card I came back the next morning and I’m completely happy with the quality and service I received. $ 25 for 100 cards and a layout is a good deal there’s places that change you $ 30 just for the layout.

I called ahead with a description and brought in a tiny but urgent color print job. The sign on the door listed color prints at $ 0.35. Based on this advertisement, I was charged over 5 times as much as I should have been.
I felt absolutely swindled because I would never have paid this much for so little if It had been made clear. I should mention that the printing was high quality, though overpriced.
I signed up for Unilocal just so that I could leave this review.

Better than kinkos. Great little family owned business

I have used The Printing Spot in the past several times for invitiations, and when I dealt with Juan and Dedric everything worked out fine just as we ordered without any problems.
A couple months ago I was working with Pat Sutton, and although he did a good job on creating my invitation request with the information, and image I had provided him, there was a huge miscommunication on editing some colors and words. Before I was done proofing Pat notifies me that the invitations are printed and ready. I still needed changes and he was not willing to make changes becasue «they are ready for pick up».
They do good work, and I recommend you work with someone there other than Pat Sutton so that you get the correct product.

I was at a conference at a hotel on Century Blvd and desperately needed 3,000 flyers printed as quickly as possible. I found The Printing Spot via Unilocal and called them.
After emailing my artwork to them and speaking on the phone, I just had to keep my fingers crossed that the work would be «okay».
It was SPECTACULAR! The quality of the printing was perfect! The speed was fantastic and even the price, for a rush job, was well within affordable. Because I was in a time crunch, they even offered to deliver the printing to the hotel!
I can only say great things about The Printing Spot and Patrick. Professional. Affordable. Awesome!

I have used Pat and the Printing Spot several times over the past few years. They are always patient, and I have had great experiences with TPS. I have had a number of items printed here and the prices were always very reasonable and the service was always excellent. They were very patient with questions and were clear about turn-​around times. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a printing solution in or near Westchester.

I’ve been coming here for years and intend to for many years to come. Though I now live in Culver City, I grew up in Westchester and my family has been coming to Pat for decades.
As a sole propretor, I tend to order various products from biz cards to magnets to posters to signs, logos, booklets, brochures, etc.
I’m always a hundred percent happy with them and glad to have a biz that you can trust. I’d recommend them over any online business or local competitor.

I had something printed here for a rush order here last December, It was not printed how we asked and there wasn’t time to correct it. We gave them a file of the exact layout so they didn’t need to modify it, and we gave them a physical sample of what it should look like. They modified the fonts and enlarged the images on the pages and what started as really nice looked cheap.

I work for a local hotel and we are constantly coming up with bizarre things that need to be printed. Most recently, we needed specific printed coupons that were serrated into 8 per page. Patrick had no problem making it work and was in constant communication with me to ensure they looked like what I needed. Turnaround was only a few days for 8,000 of these and I was left truly impressed.
