Our mission for The Pie Hole is simple: happiness one slice at a time. We bake fresh seasonal sweet and savory pies from scratch daily and feature a full coffee program using our own Fair Trade Organic coffee.
History
Established in 2011.
A lifelong dream of Mom Rebecca Grasley was to open a pie shop. Along with her son, Matthew Heffner & close family friend Sean Brennan, Becky can finally cross this off her bucket list. After a 6 month build out of an old Mexican restaurant in the Arts District, The Pie Hole finally opened in Oct. of 2011.

The matriarch of the Pie Hole and keeper of the recipes, Becky has been baking for over 50 years. She has won the coveted ‘Best Pie” award at the New Jersey State Fair a record seven years in a row. The Pie Hole fulfills her dream to open a pie shop with her son to share the love of pie with the masses.
