Despite the fact that this is their first year, I’m pretty sure it’s not the first race Generic Events puts on. Not only did the race begin 25 minutes late because we had to wait for 400 late registrants but the confusing route, lack of swag bag goodies and sad vendor line up was enough for me to scratch this from my 2009 calendar.
I give it 2 stars because proceeds go to local schools.
