This firm has been led by the former prosecutor in the nationally covered O.J. Simpson trial, Christopher Darden, uses his knowledge as a former prosecutor to give him leverage now as a practicing criminal defense attorney. With experience from both sides, Darden’s skill and familiarity with the criminal legal process affords him the advantage to also successfully appeal existing verdicts and convictions to both the United States Supreme Court and United States District Court.

After leaving the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in 1995, immediately started his own firm, Darden & Associates, Inc., specializing in criminal defense and civil litigation. Darden’s thorough experience on both sides of criminal prosecution, both as a former prosecutor and now currently as a criminal defense attorney give him a unique edge in providing his clients with superior results. As a certified State of California Bar attorney, Darden not only defends clients at the state level but also on the Federal level taking on appellate cases of the same criminal nature.
