The Crow’s Nest Sports Grille is a community sports bar institution, serving some of the area’s best fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a comfortable and friendly spot that has a little something for everyone. The Crow’s Nest also proudly serves 48 draft beers, many bottles, as well as martinis and other of your favorite drinks. Bring your friends or stop by to meet some new ones, and enjoy our large dining area for a bite to eat or to watch the next big game on one of our 25 big screen TVs. Our dining menu includes staples like hot wings, pasta dishes, and burgers made with 100% Certified Angus Beef, with your choice from a 1⁄3 lb or ½ lb patty.

The Crow’s Nest Sports Grille opened in 2014 with a mission to appeal to locals and those from out of town, creating a home-​like vibe that has a little something for everyone. We’re looking forward to a long history with our community and hope that you’ll join us at the Crow’s Nest Soon!

Art has several years in the food and beverage industry, and in 2014 he noticed his community was lacking a good sports bar and decided to open up The Crows Nest. I live in the neighborhood and the majority of places that I frequent is almost always «to go» because the atmosphere doesn’t invite me to stay. NOT the case at the Crow’s Nest. My first time there, it felt like I belonged. Katrina and the owner Art could not have been more welcoming. Beer was deliciously cold and the wine was far better than anywhere else in area including the golf course. The food? It exceeded my expectations. First test? The garden salad. Instead of sitting in a pool of water, the lettuce was dry yet still. I ordered the Wednesday night special, Prime Rib. It was done to perfection, tender, juicy and tasty. I’m looking forward to my next opportunity to stop by.

Moved in across the street from this place. Bought an $ 8 beer. Handed the barmaid $ 20. Never got my change. $ 12 tip and a non returning customer. Nice work!

Service is horrible and they can care less about their customers. You would think they would care about repeat customers for Sunday morning Football. Nope, they can care less. Never going back to this hole in the wall.

I hate this place. I’m not going back. This is a terrible place to watch football. The manager is rude and refuses to accommodate customers. Most places will put your game on an unwatched TV near your table. Not this place. They will have five TV’s showing a single game and give you attitude when you ask for a game you want to watch. The food is marginal and you may have to walk around looking for a waitress. Avoid this place. I would give this place negative stars if I could.

The «system» needs to be reconsidered (confusing as to how you order, clunky order-​to-​receiving-​of-​food time), but DAMN – these are the BEST fish tacos I’ve ever eaten!

Great place for breakfast a few beers afterwards. The staff is always super nice and the food has always been good. I’m a big fan of the breakfast burrito, tastes great and only like 5 bucks. Garlic fries, burgers, Kahlua pork, delish! Chill bar, no bad vibes.

I use to come here a bit when it was the Steel Pit an it was alright, better than hanging out at the Sundown bar down the street with all the toothless bums.
I believe Art is the owner of this place an he’s really turned this place around! I’m seriously here three to four times a week getting my usual.
The food is typical pub grub an it’s great. TV screens in your face everywhere you turn. Always a good crowed of people and the staff have been nothing awesome.

If you haven’t been here for breakfast Sunland/​Tujunga you are missing out. Everything is great. Fresh brewed Hawaiian coffee, sumptuous pancakes and fantastic omelettes. Very friendly atmosphere and excellent service.

I’ve been back twice and both times the service has been good. Still the food is over priced for what it is, mediocre. I give up & have determined just not to eat their food again. I’ll go back for the beer selection, as long as the service remains decent and I’m to lazy & thirsty to drive out of the area.

This place is awesome! I really liked the atmosphere and the service was great. They treated us like family. And the list of beers is infinite! Over 40 beers just on tap! We got the hot wings and fried green beans which I loved! I am definitely coming back here soon for dinner!

Pros: Good bar food. Huge beer selection.
Cons: If management could some how pull off employing some attractive women at this place, it would blow up, because it’s kind of the only game in town. But there is no way that will ever happen because girls like that know they could make a lot of money working somewhere besides the Crows Nest in Tujunga of all places. Tujunga is the place cocktail waitresses go to die. If you go here and sit down to eat, it’s obvious that these people couldn’t get hired anywhere else but here. Lot of bush league, waitress and bartender 101 errors. They just aren’t on top of their game and they don’t care because they are more interested in catering to the regulars and all their buddies from high school that work at the Autozone, as well as the usual bar fly, hills have eyes type clientele.
Just imagine what it would be like to get a little piece of a road house type watering hole in Arkansas 20 miles north east of Los Angeles and that’s this place. This isn’t a good thing.
I don’t think it will ever be any better or more prosperous than it already is. I wish them luck though, as the only businesses that seem to thrive in Tujunga are vape stores, dispensaries and smoke shops, so they’ve got their work cut out for them.

This is my go-​to spot for an afterwork drink or happy hour. It has the feel of walking into a bar somewhere in the southern states. They have awesome waitresses, cool beverages and even a juke box! Just beware what you play because a friend of mine played some Destiny’s child and got some weird look from all the regulars lol. There aren’t very many places to go out to around here and I would say this is probably the best spot for a few drinks in the area.
We got some beers, some chips and you always get some peanuts (you can ever chuck em on the floor!) They’ve even got pool and darts! This is a sports bar, expect loud music, rowdy people, LOVELY waitresses (Katrina is awesome!) and bar food!

Used to go into this place when it was the Steel Pit, but the new management has taken their food to a great place.
Had their sirloin burger with jalapeneo bacon. It was to DIE FOR!!! The beer was cold, the service was pretty good. Still had the same several guys hanging by the bar as it did when it was Steel Pit. Hopefully having olé cronies hanging their all the time won’t drive away new customers. They seem to engage with servers way too much which slows down service. But otherwise, a nice place.

We reserved a table for our office party. Honestly, good attentive staff, decent food, good beer selection, two pool tables, darts and a jukebox. I see some negative reviews regarding poor service, but it was quite the contrary for us. Perhaps because we were a bigger group and we reserved our table, we were paid more attention to? Not sure.
The owner was very accommodating and approached my boss and I outside to talk about his bar for a good 30 minutes. He really seemed to care about the little details like how cold his glasses and beer are compared to how they were when it was the Steel Pit. He really seemed to care about his bar and his costumers. Hey. anytime the owner approaches you, it’s a good thing.
Typical locals here, all kinds of people from all walks of life of course. Not a trendy bar, but I like that. They even did a raffle for us with cool prizes, like tshirts, hats and beer glasses. Not like beer goggles, glasses you actually drink out of. I think we’ll be back for our next office party due to our pleasant experience.

We stopped for breakfast. I ordered the Popeyes Omelette and boyfriend ordered sausage/​onion /​spinach omelette. Both very tasty and perfectly cooked. I think the people who leave those nasty comments about how terrible the service was actually are the ones terrible themselves. It does not hurt to say «hello» and smile. Each time we have come the service has been very good. The servers are super sweet and oh my gosh the owner, I wish I can fold him and put him in my pocket. Super sweet and super nice and he came from Hawaii. Anyone who has been to Hawaii knows the people are so chill and laid back. BTW coffee is from Kauai.
