During a food trial on Thursday, March 8, 2012, I purchased a BBQ chicken sandwich that was extremely delicious! The chicken was seasoned perfectly and the BBQ had the right amounts of tang, sweetness and spice. For the price I paid, I expected a lot less food. I received a great proportion of food for the amount I paid. If you are strapped for cash like me, and you are looking for great quality food, please don’t hesitate to check out The Compton Unified Catering Department. In addition to the BBQ chicken sandwich, I received a scrumptious potato salad which was obviously hand made and freshly hand squeezed strawberry lemonade. The strawberries inside the lemonade were fresh, juicy, plump and succulent.
