This is my new favourite place to visit. The prices are decent plus I love the variety of teas. They have a combination of blended tea(sort of a frappucino) this time made with tea. They utilize herbal teas and well known tea flavours across the globe– example Thai tea. The also have a nice stocked versions of coffee drinks. One thing I do appreciate about this location is the knowledge on each drink they serve. I asked about the diary placed in the Thai tea and they informed me of the process made with a specific powder. I appreciate the honesty of an employee knowing their product. Plus I throughly enjoyed the tea with less sugar.

Not happy with this place. It sucks cuz I always choose Coffee Bean over Starbucks. I’ve never been dissatisfied when going to Coffee Bean. And just my luck, this is the closest one to my work. Customer service is 0 out of 100. They can not use the excuse(it’s busy that’s why we are all a bunch of A$$ holes with no personality). There is a young girl that’s new and she is the only one with a smile. I’m sure the crew that works there will bring her smile down to the frown soon enough. The coffee sucks. They don’t know how to make certain drinks. I ask for an hazelnut blended with afagato, they put the afagato on the bottom when it’s supposed to be on the top(an old hispanic lady that works at the bar always does that). I told myself I’m going to boycott this place. Today I gave it one last shot… I’m out. I’ll stick to Starbucks inside of Target.

Coffee is coffee so I rate based on the overall customer experience. I like coming here. I like the vibe, energy, and the interaction with other customers. It’s uplifting and a great stop during a busy day. The coffee is the same at almost all locations. The employees are great and I’ve never had a bad experience at any CBTL location. But coming here is almost a must when I’m in the area.

I got to Coffee Bean and it was cool. Nice spot. The two lady employees were nice at first. I had a few drinks before I met with my clients. I was there for 3 hours outside. A few mins after closing, the door was wide open and I asked to use the bathroom and they said«Sorry we’re closed» and closed the door on me. I can see if I wasn’t a customer, it would be understandable. Perfect example of employees that don’t go the extra mile anymore. It ruined my experience. :(

The parking is horrific and I’m not sure what they can do about it except that only a prius, etc. can park in this lot comfortably. Aside from this, though, it’s absolutely FREEZING in here — it’s winter, mind you. I asked if they could turn down the AC(or up if you’re being technical), and she said that the temperature is ‘locked’. They’ve tried to change it and it doesn’t respond — it must be the thermostat. So, hey manager, GETTHETHERMOFIXED, MAN. This is awful. I will go out of my way to get my snack and coffee elsewhere until at least the temperature is fixed. Staff is nice so nothing they can do differently.

One of the best places I’ve ever studied/worked at. Hands down. This location has a great outdoor seating! There is a lot of tables outside and a fire pit in the middle and is well lit. I went outside on a Friday evening and there was no need for the fire pit for warmth while enjoying the outdoors. Even though it is outdoors in a busy neighborhood, surprisingly it wasn’t too loud where it distracted me. There is also plenty of indoor seating with the A/C on. I wish I lived closer so I could study here more often!

The cashier took my order for an iced tea there were two other girls working the bar and they left a girl by herself. The girl got overwhelmed and she passed out five other drinks that came in behind me and when I finally asked for my ice tea from the cashier she just looked at the girl who is making the drinks and yelled at her instead of just getting an iced tea for me herself she yelled at her that she was ignoring the cold bar instead of just jumping in and making the tea seeing how overwhelmed the girl on the hot bar was. Deplorable teamwork and the place is filthy.

this is the weirdest starbucks i have ever been to and they did not accept my starbucks card which was lame anyway the coffee is alright and they use that kind of chunky ice that is kinda crushed but i like the cubed ice better but i was past the point of no return so i just drank it and it was not as good as all of the other starbucks locations like i can not quite put my finger on what was different about the coffee but it did not taste as bitter or burnt which i guess some people might like but i enjoy the burnt cheap flavor and they did not achieve it so i’m wondering if i might have stumbled into some twilight zone alternative universe and also the coffee was more expensive and also they had this liquid sweetener and that was actually kind of cool but the entire experience was just so bewildering and the girl behind the counter was not very helpful in explaining this strange predicament and also the wifi at this starbucks is very slow

I don’t have a clue how it is inside only because the parking there is an absolute joke. There are 10 spaces where two of the customers took up two spaces.

I swear this place used to be Einstein Bagels, but I could be wrong. I walked up to the door, then walked away then walked back and went in finally. Mornings of course are a zoo and if you are looking for a bagel, they still have them here. There’s not much to tell that it doesn’t say in the name of the place, there’s coffees and teas, plus bagels, and breakfast pastries that make your ass look huge. It’s basically a Starbucks but since I would rather flush my money down the toilet than even walk into a Starbucks, this will do. Note, the parking is a complete joke. Unless you have a smart car and get there 2 hours before the doors open, don’t expect to find a space. Tip: Yogurt parfaits are actually made on the spot instead of rotting and getting soggy in a cup that sits in a glass display all day like Starbucks!

Given this location is sitting right in the heart of Beverly Grove, it’s expected to be one of the busiest, if not the busiest, location in all of Los Angeles. Parking is one way in and one way out, and there is usually a spot or two. Two cashiers were friendly, but this place was a mess. Not one clean table, crumbs all over the floor and a bathroom open to the public that I do not dare take a peek in. My suggestion-hire an extra person strictly for the floor. Keep all the tables clean, sweep up the crumbs and clean the finger prints off the glass. It’s that simple and it would make a world of difference.

So I’ve only been to this location once. I was disappointed with the fact that the wifi was down. Of course there weren’t any signs posted up notifying us before we make a purchase. Sometimes, people buy a drink or food item JUST so they can use the restroom or wifi. I learned about this after purchasing and sitting down. The employee knew it was down before I even asked her. The parking lot can be a bit crazy. You can only enter and exit from one side of the lot. The spots directly in front are designated for 10 minutes, and the other ones are 90 minutes. If you have a truck there is no way that it will fit into any of those parking spaces.

Prime location at the busy intersection of La Cienega and Third, but the parking is horrible. I guess I shouldn’t complain too much because at least they have a free parking lot. But the problem is that the entrance is on La Cienega, while the exit is on Third. The problem arises when some idiot will ignore the two«Do not enter» signs and try to enter through the Third street exit. It makes it difficult to get out and also backs up traffic on an already busy street. Management needs to address this issue. I’d suggest one-way spike strips so people really can’t enter through the exit. But why would they do this? They don’t care if these wrong-way drivers inconvenience everyone else, they just want the customer.

I went into coffee bean for a cup of coffee, I had just bought my two kids Yogurtland, as I was waiting for my coffee, the manager told me my kids had to leave because of their yogurt. Apparently that’s a kosher place and they do not allow anything that’s not kosher. I’m not kosher, so I will never go there again. I used to like coffee bean, not anymore. If you’re not kosher, stay away.

Despite having a private parking lot, the parking is horrible sometimes. However, it’s a prime location in Beverly Hills. It’s walking distance to many great restaurants and across from the Beverly Center. Other than that, their drinks are always delicious and consistent. They also have an extensive list of blended drinks, teas, and flavored iced coffees in which Starbucks don’t serve. I am a sucker for their strawberry and blueberries parfait.

I’m rarely at a Coffee Bean if anything I would say I’m a Starbucks fan but sometimes you have to switch it up a little and go on the dark side to see what you are missing. So I came here for the first time and got a ice tea I honestly don’t remember what flavor but I feel like it was peach. At the moment when I was ordering it I thought that I was going to get something super sweet and might not like it. But I was actually really surprised. It wasn’t at all sweet and I enjoyed it! So who knew they actually do make pretty good teas. :)

Coffee Bean is always a treat as there are so few in Northern California. Got a perfect iced vanilla latte to enjoy in the mall as stores were closing up shop. A friend got a drink and it was the biggest thing I have seen in my life! Chocolate and coffee drink that will keep you up all day! Prompt service and friendly staff that recommended the drink for my friend.
