I wish there was an option to give no stars. I have never met so many incompetent and unprofessional people in one place. The fact that they semi-regularly mess up simple drink orders is not that infuriating because hey, things happen. It’s their attitude that is unacceptable. The incident in question and final straw was when they«swiped» my gift card but the full amount was charged to my card. When I tried to question the girl at the register, she quickly ran and hid in the back room. Then when I asked the supervisor, she blew me off and said the gift card was used. I tried to explain to her that the receipt showed otherwise, but she waved her hand at me and started helping someone else. I have never been treated so poorly and their lack of concern for their customer has solidified my decision to never go back there again.

Even when this place gets slammed, the staff always get it right. The drinks come out great, never had a problem with any of my drinks. Come by before, during or after work

This coffee bean was on my way to work and I was craving the cookies n cream ice blended. They had a small banner outside with three new different ice blended for a limited time. I drove into the small SHARED parking lot they have and it was packed. There was one car getting out so I got lucky. When I walked in there was about five people in line. There was one employee making the drinks and one cashier. She would ask everyone if they had reward points. I noticed one person take out their phone and showed it to her. I was a disappointed because when I asked for the cookies n cream they said they didn’t have it anymore. It was so good. I don’t know why they just didn’t leave it on the menu. I ordered the small caramel ice blended and to my surprise it was only $ 3 something. It was a decent size so it was a great price. As I took a sip of the ice blended I didn’t really like it. I didn’t enjoy the caramel taste. Than I remembered I tried it before and after that I didn’t want coffee bean anymore. The cookies n cream made me change my mind. Today I wanted to give them one more chance. I was going to get another flavor of an ice blended, but there was no parking. When I found a spot I went inside and there was a long line. So, I left because I was running late. Since they don’t have the cookies n cream and I didn’t like the caramel ice blended I’m not sure what flavor to get next time. I do want to give them one more chance. I’ll be back to try a different ice blended and hopefully I’ll like it.

The coffee shop is rather small. However, the employees friendliness makes up for it. Those guys are amazing. Have been coming there for couple years now. There are very busy during morning hours, yet they are always smiley and nice. Moreover, they learn you habits and preferences. Most of the time my «medium, no room Americano» is ready and waiting for me at the register before I even open my mouth to order it. Isn’t it nice?. My compliments to the management to gather such a team and create super positive vibe.

Ice blended mocha: Great! Delicious! Spice latte: Downright disgusting. Had been in the mood for some pumpkin spice latte lately, with the holiday season here and all, so since I work down the street from CBTL, I figured I stop by this morning before clocking in. I was happy to see they had a Spice Latte available on the menu, but was disappointed upon first sip. Too much… spice. Or whatever it would be considered. It was gross. Since these drinks aren’t cheap, I tried drinking most of it before throwing it out — because I’d feel bad if I threw it out right away. Not ordering that again. I prefer Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spice Latte all the way after having tried CBTL’s.

Love the music here — current, hip, laid back, relaxing! I ordered a Pumpkin chai latte. Delicious! The only problem is it’s a small location but otherwise the service is amazing! Very friendly and fast.

One of the best CBTL I’ve been too. Much easier to get to than the one on Ocean Park. Hazelnut Latte === THEBEST!!!

This location has gotten a lot better in the two years I’ve been coming here. They used to mess up specially orders all the time. I have to order mine with soy milk since I’m lactose intolerant and I’m one of those freaks that can’t handle caffeine well so I get half-caffeinated and they had a hard time getting those details to the person actually making the drink. I’m not sure if they added more detail fields to their order system or if they did some better training but they have been consistently getting it right over the last year. The staff here is pretty friendly but there isn’t really anywhere to sit inside and just a couple tables outside.

I’m a huge fan of CB&TL all together! This one in particular is also great. They had a great selection of baked goods(I would say more than what I’ve seen at other locations). The staff was super nice, as usual. The only down side is the lack of seating inside. There’s not much space, but some tables outside.

Consistent quality and friendly service up in here! The only thing I don’t love about the place is the parking lot… it is can opener tiny. Location is also tiny, with not a lot of seating/waiting room. Since it is the closest CBTL to my house, I’m gonna put up with it… for now :)

A cozy but great place for coffee. The people, especially the barista, Omar, was really nice and friendly. Not a lot of places to sit and work, but there’s an awesome view facing the street. Free Wi-fi, but internet is kind of unstable and disconnects sometimes. Overall, a nice place to go. Warning: There are no bathrooms in this Coffee Bean so you have to go to the other restaurants in the plaza. I suggest Taco Por Favor since they seem less hostile to the idea of you using their bathrooms. Parking is also limited since the plaza holds only ~10 cars.

Is it me or is Coffee Bean better than Starbucks?! I’ve had consistently good coffee/ice blended drinks at CBTL. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for Starbucks! This location is small, with minimal seating inside– maybe 2 tables? There’s some seating outside though. No restroom. BADBADBAD when someone just downed a LARGE Hazelnut Latte: X Wi-Fi code is on the bottom right of TV in the corner.

You’re typical standard Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, EXCEPT: — Not much seating — Only 2 comfortable chairs in the whole place — NOPUBLICBATHROOM. I DIED. Very friendly staff though! And they do a good job of always keeping it clean. I don’t really get fancy drinks, just straight coffee. And Coffee Bean is definitely one of my favorites – they make GOOD coffee. I’ve tried one of their frappacino type drinks and it was pretty delicious but very SWEET. My bladder and I were very angry about the no public bathroom situation though – its a coffee shop!

I know it’s just a chain coffee place, but I do like this location. I can always find parking either in the lot or on the street behind, and the employees are friendly and efficient.

CBTL is especially good with their Ice-Blended line(just my personal preference vs. SB or PT)… This location is somewhat crammed when it comes to parking(small lot) but the service has been consistently great!

I pop in here every so often and it’s one of the better Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf locations. Staff is usually really attentive and friendly. They move through their line, even when it’s long, fairly quickly. The only disappointment is the location. It’s on a super busy six-lane street(Olympic) so making a left to get in while traveling east is almost impossible. Also, it’s a small center with many food options so at lunch it’s nearly impossible to find parking. You need to park behind it in the neighborhood. You’re almost better off going to the CBTL in Ralph’s just east of here but they have fewer food options. There are also very few places to sit here. I’ve never eaten here — it’s a grab and go place.

I looooove Coffee Bean. This is probably one of my least favorite locations. Yes, it has easy parking. But it’s also TINY. There are about 2 tables, so it’s not a great place for working or studying. It’s better for a quick caffeine fix. Staff is never as friendly as my Ocean Park location. It’s in a strip mall with a Quizno’s, Greek Kabob, Good Stuff Burgers, and Silver Reign. So if you need coffee, a sandwich, a burger, or strippers to get through your day, this shopping center has all you need.

This is a good location when you’re making a quick stop for coffee or whatever drink you’re craving. The staff is friendly and drinks come out good. I wouldn’t consider it a good location to go to for studying since it’s so small. There are only a few chairs and small tables available. There is a small parking lot available, which(considering the location) is convenient as long as it’s not busy.

Located in a strip mall with Midami Sushi(yum!), Good Stuff Burgers(yum!), Chicken Dijon, North End Pizza, Greek Kabob and Quizno’s and across the street from Bed, Bath and Beyond, this Coffee Bean’s parking lot is easy to get in and out of. During busy hours(usually, weekdays in the daytime) there’s a parking attendant who makes traffic flow smoothly by pointing you to a parking space as you pull in to the lot. Every time I come in here, the baristas are friendly and helpful and I can grab a coffee and/or a snack and get back out fast. For some reason, I think the coffee at this location tastes stronger than others too — which was definitely the case with my Decaf Americano today. And that makes me very happy!
