This place is terrible. We went in to by a purse for my mother in law(I think coach is cheap and I’m not in impressed with there quality and selection) but hey she likes it. We where greeted by The sales woman I think her name was Alice but could be wrong. She gave me a look like I can’t afford anything here why am I waisting her time? I spent the day putting up Christmas lights so I was a little dirty. I guess this gave her the wrong impression. Any how she was a very condescending sales woman. Her attitude was borderline disgusting. Treated me like a second class customer. We chose a purse then asked to be checked out that’s when she treated me a little better. We ended up buying a purse and went on our merry way. Note management– please advice your sales people to treat clients with the upmost respect seeing how they do t know there back ground…

The service at this store is excellent, period. Raul assisted me during a busy weekend day when I was trying to have a broken bag repaired. The store was packed and he appeared to be alone, and yet he was able to stay cool, calm, and collected, all while giving great customer service. He made the process so easy and in less then a week a new beautiful bag arrived to my home. He truly went above and beyond when, quite frankly, he didn’t have to. This is the store I always come to for my Coach needs and I’ll keep doing so!

It’s Coach. You love it or you don’t! I always wait for the 30% off coupon to come in the mail to buy something. Their wallets and purses are so functional. Even their diaper bags are great!

Came in just to look for a specific purse, wasn’t able to find it but the customer service was great. The ladies asked if I needed help but didn’t pressure me or harass me like sometimes it feels they do. Since they didn’t have what I wanted the worker offered to write down my information and let me know if they get the product in. Very nice!

I’ve been a long time coach fan. I usually go to the one in the Glendale Galleria, and they have great service there. But since I was shopping at the Grove, I decided to shop here instead. I’m not sure if the girl was new or she was having a bad day. When I asked her about a bag, she said they only have what is out. If it is not there, then they don’t have it. At this point, any sales rep would offer to search other stores for it and order it for me. However, this girl just walked away. Finally, another guy came around and offered to look if other stores have the bag. He tells the original girl he found it and gives her the model number. I then found another bag I wanted but the only one left was the display one. I asked her to look for it and she found it and ordered it for me. When she was ringing the order up, she messed up and rang it up as though I was leaving with the bags. She then had to return the bags I «bought». Since I paid with both a gift card and the remaining on my credit card, she had to return the respective amounts accordingly. BUT she switched the amounts in the return, which ended up returning a lesser amount to the credit card which was charged a higher amount. At this point, the girl looked super frustrated and the manager was super busy with other customers to help her out. After 2 hours, I was finally able to leave with my bags ordered to be shipped to the store gift wrapped. I was expecting to take less than an hour. I ended up having to pay for parking because it was over the 1 hour free parking. AND the girl messed up, and 5 days later, I received the bag at my house and NOT gift wrapped. Its not the service was bad. But one of my pet peeves is slow service and incompetent people. Parking: Huge structure for the Grove. This store DOESNOT validate. You’ll have to get it from some other store.

I bought my first Coach bag tonight! Woo Hoo! FINALLY! It’s so pretty! I’m so in love! This store is great. It’s big, well organized, and well lit — which makes everything look shiny and inviting. When I walked in, Eric greeted me, and then left me alone until he spotted me going back and forth between a Carly and a Hampton. He was so great! Not pushy, but rather educated me about the bags, what colors they came in… etc. After walking around the store a few more times and attempting to make friends with a few more bags, I finally settled on the Hampton in the dark brown. I made eye contact with Eric and he immediately rushed over and checked the availability. Unfortunately for me, the display was the only one left, so he ordered one for me. He said that they don’t charge shipping when you order through the store, and that he would have it gift wrapped for me and that I should have it at my doorstep by this upcoming Thursday. I think he could tell how excited I was and congratulated me on my first Coach bag. When the time comes for me to make additional purchases, I hope that Eric is working and available to help me! He made my first experience with Coach most enjoyable! :)

We always have the best service when we come to this Coach store. Sometimes they’ll call me to let me know that their new season’s goodies have arrived, or that they’re offering special discount days. I typically drag the bf along(come on, he’s got to know what I like). Tracy’s always super helpful, and last time he bought me a bag from here, he went in looking for her. No complaints, my bag is still in perfect condition.

This store is the same size as the one at Camarillo. Tracy was really nice and attentive and for now on, I’ll only buy with her! She helped me with the shoes and the colors that I wanted and answer all my annoying questions. I loved her!
