Hoping this is for the real teleflora company since I see no other here goes my review! I ordered roses for mom on her bday what she received doesn’t make me happy at all!

So much for surprise anniversary, now its all ruin thanks Teleflora!!! What a reliable way to deliver flowers and balloons to your love ones… NOT!!! I will never use that service ever again. Don’t ever risk it to use this service. you don’t know if it will show up ever! They said they deliver from 1– 5:30… I requested for 3:30. nothing showed up!!! My wife left at 5:00… and still nothing showed up. and even after I called multiple times to make sure to get it there… they just keep saying its on its way… not the best way to do the business… all I can do is request fro refund…

They did resend the order after speaking with customer service and the second arrangement was immensely better… If you decide to order from them, I would suggest speaking to them to ensure quality before placing your order.

I had sent my Mom flowers for her birthday and I chose the «Teleflora Grand Sunshine Bouquet,» which is suppose to be a «Teleflora Exclusive,» and part of the «Flowers-​in-​a-​Gift collection.» With all of these great sounding callouts and a great looking picture, I thought for sure I wasn’t making a mistake by picking a bouquet from Teleflora with Teleflora in the title. So here’s the problem. The flowers look like they’re dying, the color scheme is way different, and this «Flower-​in-​a-​Gift collection» ceramic cachepot made in Portugal, ended up being a regular red clay pot. I understand substitutions happen, but I feel like what was delivered could have been a product from anywhere, say Trader Joe’s (Which I’m not bagging on, Trader Joe’s really have good food).
My Mom was pleased, but she would have been pleased if I send her anything. I think my Mom deserves a realistic amount of quality and I feel really embarrassed that the piece that was sent didn’t live up to any aspect of what I thought it would be, except for the fact that they’re semi-​alive flowers.
Customer Service is no good, Do not pass go, Do not collect 200 Dollars. They can’t tell the living flowers from the dead ones.

Absolute worst customer service and communication I have ever received. I order Mother’s Day flowers from one of the big online delivery companies every year, and have never had a problem with the others.
I scheduled delivery for Saturday, May 9^th (just to be safe, in case they were a day late). Talked to my mom on Sunday and the flowers never showed. Called customer service, and it took about a half hour to speak to a rep. I expected that wait time on a major flower holiday, but once I spoke to a rep, she put me back on hold twice — once to call the florist to find out what happened, and once to talk to her supervisor to give me a coupon code for my next purchase (yeah right!). She said she talked to the florist and promised the flowers would be delivered the following day (Monday). I gave up waiting on hold for my coupon code after twenty minutes and hung up.
On Monday, no flowers arrive and I receive an email at 2 pm (3 pm in the delivery time zone) stating the flowers could not be delivered on the original delivery date (duh!). I receive another email at 3 pm saying that the florist could not complete the order and it had been cancelled.
I immediately searched Unilocal for a local florist, called them and put in an order, and they delivered a bouquet twice the size for the same price in less than 24 hours.
Thanks for nothing, Telaflora.

They might have a «good review» online if you just glanced through it. But I soon realized they are all from websites that no one can rate nor review, meaning they PAID to get good reviews. Just want to warn others to choose CAREFULLY if they decided to use any of the online flower services because of the FAKE reviews.
I’ve ordered a beautiful bouquet of flower called «cotton Candy» from TELEFLORA (which was rated 8.3÷10 on the their own website and an article written by Linda Thomson called «Top 10 Reviews») for mother’s day. Instead of the ones I ordered, they sent a TOTALLY DIFFERENT arrangement that look like left overs from a gift shop that you WOULD NOT want to give your own mother or really ANYONE. It was HIDEOUS, with random flowers: 1 hot pink daisy, 3 white daisies, 2 hot pink roses, 2 red-​ish purple random flowers, 3 tiny green hydrangea, and whole bunch of waxy green fern.
Imagine if that happened to you when you try to make your own mother happy, a discard bunch of flowers covered with 50% of waxy green fern.

I read the Unilocal reviews after purchasing flowers, and needless to say, I was extremely worried that the flowers would not be delivered on time for Mother’s day. Fortunately, they were delivered on the day they were promised to be delivered (albeit around 8:00 pm). Although the flowers were different than the picture I saw online, they were close enough that I didn’t really care. I really believe that the local florist tried to make the arrangements look similar despite not having similar flowers and/​or ornaments.
In the end, my mother really loved them.
I just wish they would give you an estimate for the time of delivery.

I would never purchase from them again. I purchased a deal via Amazon but I should have checked the reviews prior. Not only was my order NOT delivered, I spent nearly 4 hours on the phone trying to get an estimated delivery date. Of course they can’t get in touch with the local florist and then offered me a 50% off coupon for my next order. No thanks, I don’t need that. I will say that each customer service agent was nice. They weren’t able to give me any info on the local florist. So now I’m currently on hold again, fingers crossed that I can get some information. Will update.
I got an email TWO days after my actual delivery date saying that my order could not be fulfilled and won’t be delivered on the requested delivery date… ummmm DUH!!! It was supposed to be delivered Saturday May 9^th, by Tuesday I was fed up dealing with them.
UPDATE!!! My flowers NEVER got delivered. The last person I spoke to said it kept going to a different florist to fulfill the order and the florist it was at now wanted to charge me an extra $ 49.99 to deliver. Unbelievable. I’m thankful that Amazon refunded me the money I spent on the voucher, and Teleflora issued me a refund as well. Such a waste of a company!

I’m proving an update on this as after a barrage of tweets, a «Twitter customer service» person w/​Telefora got a hold of us and refunded nearly the entire amount– the only reason I’m giving a pity 2-​star.
While we’re happy we were able to get most of my mothers money back, we’re still frustrated that it took 3 unsuccessful calls to «supervisors», 1 letter, Instagram comments and tweets to actually get a solution.
Bottom line, if you had a similar experience and didn’t get anywhere — take it to Twitter. They seem to have dedicated customer service personnel to find solutions and stop your tweets.

This company is useless, I placed an order for mothers-​day flowers, needless to say they didn’t show up.
At 5pm on Mother’s Day, I received an email stating that they were unable to deliver the flowers due to being too busy.
Instead they offered to send the flowers at their earliest convenience with an apology letter to the recipient.
In my opinion this company is a joke, and do not deserve the business they get.

The worst florists ever!
I placed an order for a flower arrangement to be delivered on 16^th of February. INSTEAD a complete different arrangement, the ugliest I’ve ever seen, was delivered on 14^th completely ruining the birthday surprise! After talking to customer service I was reassured that the delivery of the correct arrangement will take place as planned, on 16^th and it never actually happened!
They not only spoiled the surprise by delivering the wrong cheap flowers a few days earlier, but also ignored the actual delivery date, basically stealing my money!
They call themselves a florist company but deliver random arrangements on random dates.
DO NOT ever order from them

Please order from telefora if you DON’T want to receive anything at all.
Long story short my boyfriend ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day in advance. Despite calling customer service multiple times to ensure timely delivery, I received nothing after waiting around the entire day. They promptly refunded him but why put in the time, effort and thought into something that won’t happen.

My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentine’s Day and sent them to my work. I was super happy and surprised but when I sent him the picture, he was furious. Not only were there several spelling mistakes on the card, which didn’t even include his name, but the flowers were about 5 times smaller than they should have been. He paid for the highest upgrade and I got 3 roses, 3 baby roses, and the rest carnations. The one he purchased shouldn’t have included any carnations. I’ll add pictures to show the differences.
So he called and emailed teleflora as soon as he got my pictures and he actually got a quick response from them. They made sure to send us out a new vase of flowers the next day, which is why we aren’t giving them 1 star. But when the delivery lady came by, she did ask for my original roses. She was under the impression that they were replacements and even she was confused as to why they didn’t look the same.
Try your local florist first!

It was really scary given the fact that all I see are one-​star review on Unilocal for Teleflora. The thing is, most of the comments you get here will be people who got a bad experience, you don’t see people that are happy with their orders. Having said that, as Teleflora outsources to the local florists, those are the ones that should be complained to. For me, however, my girlfriend was really happy with the lavender roses she got on Valentine Day, given the hot weather of Cali right now, the flowers looked great.
So the bottom line is that with the option to choose your local florists through Teleflora, pick wisely!

I should have read the reviews before placing this order. First off, the flowers came late! Flowers were supposed to be delivered from 9am-​3pm. I called customer service and they told me it was on the way. I had to call again 2 – 3 hours later and they said, «it’s on the way.» It came at 6pm and we were late for Valentine’s day dinner because customer service said it’s on the way. Second, they sent the wrong flowers. I ordered purple tulips and it came pinkish and missing a bow. Did not look anything like the picture online. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! It was as though they forgot the order and when Teleflora called the local florist, they rushed in making the flowers and it looked like crap. It looked dead.
Called customer service the next day. The woman was courteous and did what she could, but it wasn’t enough. She said they can only offer me 20% refund. So I went with another option. Re-​delivery. They said they can redeliver, but the florist doesn’t have purple tulips, so they can only offer me pinkish tulips… wow…
Never again. If you want to still order after seeing/​reading all these 1 star reviews, don’t complain and good luck. You’ve been warned by many others…

First time and last time using this company, I ordered (PAID) the Deluxe flowers (12 roses) and my wife got a way smaller version and only 6 roses. i called their customer to just asked them to just delivered the correct order they stated that the florist who made the arraignment did not have any more roses so sorry. Second uption by their customer service, the lady told me to tell my wife to just returned the flowers for a refund. How can i tell my wife never mind you don’t deserved the flowers return them so i can get a refund as they delivered the wrong order.
Do not use this company unless you want to offend the person to whom you’re sending flowers!

Let me add another 1 star review, in case you weren’t convinced.
Strike 1: I start an online chat to ask a simple question about placing phone orders. Sales rep keeps asking for my phone number to start an order despite my repeated attempts to tell him my mom will place the order and isn’t present at the moment. I just wanted to ask a question!
Strike 2: When my mom places the phone order, the guy screws up the total and tries to charge us more.
Strike 3: THEY DIDN’T DELIVER THE FLOWERS. Not sure if they couldn’t find the address or what, but we had to call them to find out that they somehow canceled our order.
Bottom line: call your local florist. Some are members of large networks like FTD and Teleflora anyway (which is unfortunate), but at least if you call a local shop directly, you will speak to a human with an IQ higher than room temperature.

Too bad I can’t give it a minus one star.
My sweet bf offered flowers and payed extra to have my flowers delivered at work on a Friday before lunch, it was 5’o’clock and still no flowers, he called and they gave him the whole we are sorry bs we can refund you some money back, and have your flowers delivered early next week, AGAIN he was promised early delivery,. Flowers arrived at closing time 5pm.
When the flowers got there, looked nothing like the ones he ordered, I received flowers not only inferior quality, but seemed old!
My poor boyfriend felt embarrassed, he over paid for what I got. Overall horrible experience, don’t know how they stay in business

Wow, I really should have looked on Unilocal before ordering an arrangement from Teleflora. Regrets, regrets, regrets! Kicking myself right now. I was in a time crunch and needed to order a sympathy arrangement for a neighbor, so I googled floral websites. Teleflora came up in my search and looked like they had some nice selections for reasonable prices. I ordered a mixed flower arrangement and upgraded to the deluxe size. The total came out to be about $ 45. I did get a confirmation via email when the arrangement was delivered.
After my neighbor recieved the arrangement, she emailed me to say thanks and attached a photo. I was appalled when I saw that the arrangement she recieved bc it looked absolutely nothing like what I had ordered. All the flowers were different and the arrangement looked so small. I tried to call their customer service but they were closed for the day. I will be calling again to demand a refund. Definitely would not recommend. I’ve had much better experiences with local florists and

Next day update:
I called customer service to explain my situation and asked for credit on the flower arrangement. The lady on the phone was very courteous but what she could do for me was minimal and I was unimpressed. Basically, all she could offer was either a 20% off credit on the order or 40% off on a future purchase. Do you think I’m crazy? Why would I want to order from your company in the future only to get screwed again? I asked her if I could get a full refund and she said that only if they were to go and take the arrangement back. Really? You’re going to go take away some flowers I sent to my friend who just lost her father? First of all, I was embarrassed of the arrangement that she received and now you want to take it away. Bravo! Way to do business Teleflora. I then asked for at least a 50% refund and the lady said she could only give me 30% back which came out to $ 13 and some change. Woopty do.
Also, the lady told me that the reason why the arrangement was different than what I ordered was bc the local florists are allowed to substitute flowers of the «same value» if the flowers you order are unavailable. I honestly think they replaced the arrangement with less and cheaper flowers. Besides, shouldn’t they at least contact you if they’re going to do that? So basically they have this «no substitution» option you can choose from but only if you call to make an order. For all the customers, like myself who order online, there is no disclaimer. Why wouldn’t you put that on your website? How many people call to order flowers instead of purchasing online? I think it’s all a scam. The website says they guarantee 100% satisfaction. I beg to differ.

Updating this again, because for some reason, it didn’t post from my phone the first time. This update is from 3 months ago.
A sales rep from Teleflora messaged me via Unilocal and offered to refund the remaining 80%. I sent them my order number and a credit to my account was issued immediately. I do appreciate the follow up and credit. I gave an additional star for the fast and easy refund.
