History

Established in 2011.

Celebrating our second anniversary, Tastee BQ is now Tastee BQ Grilling Co. The new name reflects that in addition to traditional barbeque, our interests and menu offerings include the best that grilling has to offer. In addition to local catering, we hope to share grilling stories and recipes with friends everywhere through our website, on Facebook, Twitter and the release of free grilling recipe articles online.

Mick B.

Manager

Born in Chicago, Mick has worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. He has done BBQ/​Culinary Tours and attended classes in Costa Rica, New Orleans and Paris and England. He also traveled the country, visiting popular eateries, competitions, fairs and barbeque events in US. major cities.

Tastee BQ Recipes and California Gold BBQ Rubs are inspired by family, years of development, and are influenced by new flavors and local ingredients. Mick will cook for you anytime, and offers fun, interactive Grilling Demonstrations for both Individuals and Groups.
