The worst staff in thee world. They nearly killed my father and didnt mention a thing!!! The doctors are morons and the nurses don’t care one inch. If they offer you a Million dollars do not take anyone you are about into this place even for one day! Also the social workers there act super sweet but dont do a darn thing.

Very clean and well maintained facility. All staff departments work hard to surpass goals and expectations. Everyone is dedicated to provide the highest quality of services and care to each individual resident. Various activities are held daily in order to comfort the intrests of each patient. The physical therapy department is outstanding in making sure each patient is provided service in order to further their well being.

I am here now visiting my. grandpa and I am in shock, what the trrible place is it. It’s smells horrible and nobody’s care about it. I am very sorry that my grandfather is here. I will definitely transfer him in a different hospital. .
We have to RUN away from this place.

A MINUS Zero. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. If you’re into torture and death and abuse, this is the place for you. I’m traumatized from what I know of this hideous pit to this day. If it were up to me, I’d immediately shut it down.

worst experience ever, my family and i brought my dad here because he needed physical therapy after being in ICU for 2 weeks, he has a J tube which allow him to eat. physical therapy people are amazing, they helped my dad a lot they know how to do their job (lorenzo and patrick they are amazing, educate and very professional).
nurses are not RN so do not expect them to know much, my family and i are do not have a medical education but we knew more than them, the tube that my dad had got clog 15 times, i spoke with the nurses supervisor about it but clogging continued till the day that the tube was pulled and it got clogged badly that my dad was sent to the ER, nurses are not 100% prepare, we need to tell them to please be careful with my dad and the tube but they got offended instead or saying sorry, my family and i never met the doctor in charge of my dad in the center, social worker didn’t know much and was not able to answer many of our questions, the nurse manager show up once only but was never able to answer my questions about my dad plan in the center and what the doctor goal was for my dad (she would tell me to call my insurance). the nurses assistances are more educated and nice than nurses, they were always checking on my dad and are more professional than nurses. the food is not the best (i would not feed my dog food from there). my dad would always complain that at night was too much noise (nurses screaming and yelling from room to room at midnight). the rehab center is very old the rooms are not private, beds old and make a lot noise, the smell of that place is of old wood, the bathrooms locate it inside the rooms are not always clean, the place overall looks very sad i don’t know how some family members can leave their parents or grandparents in there. After almost 3 weeks of my dad was admitting in the center a lady called me to sing «admitting papers» she claim the person in charge of admitting new patientes was not available and more excuses which only shows how unprofessional and serious that place is.
if you have to have a family member in that place (because insurances) you have to be careful and speak up all the time, do not leave your family member alone most of the times. oh and to top the experience a nurse (latina, dark hair, speak spanish) dare to raise her voice to my mom, luckily i was on the phone when that happened so i was able to hear how that person yelled at my mom, i spoked with the supervisor about it and she apologized and said that sadly that nurse has a strong personality, sorry but personality is one thing and yelling at a person is another, if she can’t do her job professionally and with respect she shouldn’t do it at all. The only reason we last 3 weeks and 2 days is because the physical therapy my dad was receiving and because the other 2 places the insurance was cover were too full.
i give 1 star because the physical therapy people and nurses assistances.

This was my parents 3^rd visit to this facility. i find this is the best option after a hospital procedure when they are not ready to go home yet. This time was our best experience led by their administrator Ken Goldblatt. Our insurance questions were addressed perfectly and the staff was friendly and warm. The nurses and the physical therapists were great. The center is very clean and they have many daily activities to take part in.
My father appreciated all the help and is doing much better.

This place does their best with that they have. Overall this place is very clean, safe and good workers who try their best. There are a few employees who don’t like their job to much, but a who really loves their job. This place is getting better day by day, and I know one day they’ll be a 5 star place.

Hell on earth! Would give negative 5 stars if possible. Do not take your family here!!! Dirty sheets & furniture, overworked staff (who I’m sure mean well but can’t do a good job because thry are so busy), smella horrible, 3 people crammed in each room… It’s like a cattle yard for the elderly. Very dark, depressing place.

The facility is cleaned. The facility directors change constantly but all of them have responded to concerns and problems promptly and very satisfactory. Some of the LVN nurses are very good. A few are excellent!

This place is dirty, the beds are atrocious, attention to detail is non existent, and they don’t keep records of medicine they give to your loved ones. If you dislike and have some decades old issues with the elder members of your family then this just may be the place for you to put them should they ever need «rehabilitation» You’ll rest easy knowing they are being totally ignored.
