Good quality meat. The carnitas and al pastor are my favorite. AP is really diff than other places. People seem really nice but have to say my peeve is its too slow! I can’t imagine if they were actually busy. The guy at the counter takes and makes each order one by one and the girl at the cashier is very methodic w ringing you up too. Again nice people and a change from the assembly line factory of the Chipotles of the world. But I was hungry and in a hurry. It’s only 3 weeks old so hopefully they get the swing of it. Seems like a first business venture. If they improve the timing of ordering I’d bump it up to 4 stars. Prices good for quality of food you’re getting.

Really good tacos! I tried carnitas, cabeza, carne asada, and chicharron they were all very good! My favorite was cabeza great flavor and very tender. The meat is very juicy and flavorful. Warning though the chicharron is very spicy! Definitely will come back!

Priscela’s Insane Nachos. A must try. I had them with Pastor, delicious. Not saying it’s super authentic Mexican food, but it’s good. Not sure why everyone is complaining about the price? You see their HUGE menu with the prices next to them before you ordered right? Too steep for the HLP«hipsters» huh? Ok then.

Yum!!! I think I found my new taco spot that’s nearby! My friend and I saw a post on IG about the chicharon nacho fries and we decided it was the best idea to go there for dinner. I’m glad we did! We were talking to the? owner and he said they’re experimenting with store times still. We called ahead and they said they were open til 10pm today(Monday 2⁄1). We ordered 2 carne asada tacos, 2 pastor tacos, chicharon nacho fries, 1 order of churros, and 1 fountain drink(which only came out to $ 23 which I think is super affordable for the amount of food we got. The food was delicious and there was a lot of meat and just stuff on it in general. I was definitely happy with my food. I will definitely become a regular… maybe might even try to apply for a position because they’re hiring right now as well: p

First time here and the owner is very nice and helpful. He gave up complimentary guacamole for our nacho fries. It’s nice when the owner cares about his buisness ! The staff is very friendly as well. And the carne asada tacos are very delicious. Lots of meat inside !! Will defiently come back !!! Than you Taco Fix !

Was really hoping to fall in love with this place. I’ve been super excited to try it out once I saw it being built and since it’s super close to my house. I got the veggie burrito and my boyfriend got the chicken burrito. The staff was super friendly and the inside was clean, so that’s a plus. However, unfortunately my veggie burrito was super bland. I get the most of the seasonings and flavors come from the meat, but it can be done and done well. Sadly this place doesn’t do it for me. My boyfriend said his chicken burrito was good, but said whatever salsa they gave him was a bit too spicy and ended up hurting him later in the bathroom. :(I’ll be back to give them another shot on their $ 1 taco Tuesday, but I’ll pass on their burritos.

I paid $ 14.44 for a chile relleno and a cheese only quesadilla, no rice, no beans. They were out of forks, they gave my sister an asada taco when she asked for carnitas. I know they’ve only been open two weeks, but they really need to get it together.

This was the first time here for my fiancée and me. We really liked the food and customer service. The pricing was very good, we went in for taco Tuesday. Sampled the asada, pollo(chicken) chicharron and al pastor. We also got Asada fries(nacho fries). We will be back!

Clean place, good environment, friendly staff. Keep in mind they are a new place and most likely they need to hire some more people, so the wait time can be a bit long. The food was good nothing to complain about. I got the carne asada fries and the cheese is nacho cheese which was different than some places. Since I work close, I’d definitely be coming back!

I love it. All these negative reviews are based on price and amount of meat which can only mean people are just use to cheap. I’ve been going to Estrella and my taco for years and I’m never satisfied because quite frankly the meat is gross but they’re salsa is good and the price is, well cheap and they give you enough meat for the 5,6 dollars you pay and you’re paying for what you get there. Bad service, bad seating, bad meat. I tried two chicken tacos here at taco fix and they were great. The service was great. I mean she asked me what I wanted and she made it and we thanked each other and smiled. What more do You expect for 1.95 a taco? And soda refills are for the aguas Fresca which any where you go you pay for a refil for those. UnilocalERS– when writing reviews don’t be cheap :) if you’re going to go out and eat expect to spend. Or just stay home and eat top ramen if you’re that cheap. However. Maybe put some plants in here? Or a salsa bar. It’s borderline subway feel to the inside but other than that it’s perfect

Just as I expected from the same people who run el taquito mexicano truck in pasadena. We were a group of 4 and we had asada fries, asada burritos, lengua tacos, al pastor tacos and my personal favorite the delectable chicharron taco. All was yummy. For those of you who that complain that the red sauce is too hot then you’re a wimp. Love the hot red sauce here. Will be back again for sure..

Really wanted to like it but it’s less than basic. Went there last week and yesterday, and both times the service was not good at all. If the food was good it would kind of make up for the service, but it’s not. Also, $ 1.09 for a soda refill? Nope.

I wish I could give this place 10⁄10 stars! My boyfriend, his niece and I decided to go eat here after they picked me up from work and honestly we don’t regret it. We ordered«Nacho Fries w/Asada, 2 Al Pastor Tacos, 1 Beef Tamale and 1 Only Cheese Quesadilla with a Jamaica and Horchata drink. The Al Pastor tacos are the best, not greasy at all and had just the perfect taste! The Quesadilla didn’t look greasy and it was SUPERCHEESY! My boyfriend fell in love with the Nacho Fries and filled up he usually eats a lot, Will be our go to Taco Spot from now on and I can’t wait to try the«Menudo» on the weekend!!! –Gracias por la comida, estuvo deliciosa y por un servicio maravilloso!

BOMBDOTCOM! The best al pastor tacos you can get. This is definitely going to be my new local spot to get my taco fix from. I have drank horchatas at almost every restaurant that provides them and the one here is definitely the best. COME, SIT, EAT, & you won’t regret a thing!

I have tried many Mexican restaurants around the area and nothing can compare to the food at Taco Fix. The staff is amazing they go above and beyond to make sure you’re truly satisfied with your food and visit. The weekend menudo has so much flavor and is hands down the best you can get in town. The horchata is to die for, it has the right amount of each ingredients that makes it taste so savory. THEPRICESAREJUSTRIGHT you get a lot of food for what you’re paying for. I am definitely going to try everything on the menu!

Happened to stumble upon this place just to find out they’re brand new! Could’ve fooled me. I don’t eat meat so I set on the veggie burrito. It was delicious. It tasted very fresh and homemade. The mild sauce was mild but still had a bit of a kick to it. The Jamaica was super delicious and authentic and they give it to you in a really big cup. Loved it. Family owned. Really kind people and good service. Really well priced. Food + drink came out to less than $ 10. Will be back!

I came for the Insane Nachos, and ended up also trying the carne asada fries. WOW. Well the carne asada fries with guac and sour cream were the best of my life… and the insane nachos have fried plantains which were delicious and sausages full of flavor that tasted like italian sausages… If you stop by make sure and get one of these choices. You won’t be let down with either. there are meters out front and a lot in back for parking.

Meh, The Burrito is 7 dollars and with the amount of meat in it… is not worth it. You are paying for a bean and rice burrito with a little bit of meat on the side. The«Mild» salsa is definitely not at all. its spicy but not the tasty spicy… its just trying to be as hot as possible… probably to get you to buy one of those overpriced drinks they sell(3.50). Also their burrito ingredients were stale. The food is not fresh at all. Their ingredients sit there all day so go early and not 1 – 3 hours before they close… If you want to get your«taco fix» go to La Estrella, a couple of blocks away… or My Taco(biggest and best burrito in town). Lol at the fake looking reviews here tho.

Agua frescas are amazing! Burrito de Al Pastor was very original and savory! Everything was very well made and tasted like home. It has a unique taste unlike any other Al pastor, so it’s worth a try. I forgot to ask for lemon. I would have liked a bit more salsa on the side tho… *salsa is extra* FYINOSALSABAR
