Slowest Taco Bell in history — both drive-through and eating inside. On the plus side, Yosemite Sam opens the door for you when you get there.

Ordered 4 tacos, quesadilla, and a side of mac n cheese from here literally less than 10 minutes ago. Came home to find that they didn’t pack my mac n cheese. Seriously?! It happens sometimes and honestly I’m too lazy to go back into my car and drive to get myself my $ 1.69 side of mac n cheese, plus it’s only a $ 1 so really why am I gonna give myself the headache to go through all that and waste my gas for it. However, my frugal Asian mother who was with me in the car is making a giant fuss about it to me right now making me call the number on the receipt for the store to get some justice. I dial the number twice to find that it doesn’t go through all the way. Angry Asian mom is trying to make me get back in the car with her so I can go and complain since her English isn’t proficient enough to argue about this mistake drive thru made. So onward to finding the number via Google & Unilocal – still doesn’t go through. Update your business number. Also, there was a man inside yelling whom I could hear from outside while waiting for my food by the drive thru window.

Zero Stars if that is possible. Long wait. Even when ur the only one in the place. Staff is high or just in a deep depression that inn n out did’t hire them. Always out of taco bell sauce. I only go here because it’s close and my kids are hungry but it is time to contact the corporate office on this location.

This taco bell blows. No credit cards or debet cards. The employees are slow and slower, and maybe even dumb and well you know.

I’m scared. I feel like I’m in prison awaiting my lunch! :/ EEK I thinks not is exactly how I feel about this joint. I couldn’t even take pictures considering that my iphone might either get hijacked or I’d probably get slapped in the face by a bum. I’m going to Jersey Shore this location, there’s definitely a «situation» here! Please at least play some music while we order food or at least make improvements to make your customers feel at ease and protected. Perhaps the demographic area portrays what is expected but I have never seen a fast food with so much carvings of graffiti and the bullet proof windows just astonished me. I wanted to place my hand against the board to give the employee a sign of hope that I understood. I felt THAT bad! Once I got the 2 piece chicken meal under the window as If i was at some bank, I literally jogged out of there and did not look back. I’m still scared. :(

This review is not for the restaurant, but for the newly introduced Kentucky Grilled Chicken. The restaurant this review is under is the location where I tried my first KGC, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. It was dirty, not too friendly, and not swift with the orders. I’ve always liked chicken, fried or grilled. When KFC said they were coming out with KGC, I was skeptical. Plus, I LOVE El Pollo Loco and thought KFC was just gonna embarrass themselves. But since its launch this past Monday, I’ve been hearing nice things about it, so I tried. Surprisingly, it didn’t disappoint. As a matter of fact, I’ll give it a solid«A». The chicken was very flavorful, even more than El Pollo Loco(there, I said it! It had to be said!). It was grilled long and adequately enough where the skin was crispy. So the first bite was just as pleasant as the following ones. Now, compared to El Pollo Loco, KGC was not as juicy. It wasn’t dry, but somehow it wasn’t as moist under the skin as El Pollo Loco’s chicken. Now, that wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. It tasted very good as is, and I think the«juiciness» would be a preference thing. I don’t think KGC is flame grilled like El Pollo Loco, and there’s certain aromatic taste you won’t get from KGC because of this. I am not 100% sure that they DO grill it, and if they do, WHEN they grill. I saw the lady taking the chicken out from the oven. Overall, even with my expectations, the Grilled Chicken from KFC fared very well. The taste was there, and so was the texture. I recommend you go to and print out some coupons like I did. Or, if you’re a big chicken grubber like I am, you can get the 8 piece KGC meal and they dump 4 more pieces(legs + thighs) !!! So will I have Grilled Chicken from KFC over El Pollo Loco from now on? Hard to say. You can’t make a burrito out of your chicken or have your chicken with different kinds of salsa as you would at El Pollo Loco. Maybe that’ll be a deciding factor for some people.
