I like this place a lot. Wish they’d open more locations!

I want to update my review after receiving a very sweet call from the manager. She had seen my review and was very unhappy herself that the customer service wasn’t good enough. I found it very thoughtful that she reached out, especially in a town like LA where you could just ignore the review since there is a constant inflow of people coming to this town or leaving. So I would like to update the review. :)

Vitamin injections give me a great boost (without feeling wired/​anxiousy) the infrared saunas are so rejuvenating and I love getting massages & crystal healings in the secluded back room. I highly recommend crystal healing with Katie as it is a service unlike any I have encountered– I was led into a journey through my psyche which brought insightful visions, some unpleasantness which I was able to transmute comfortably through the session and was just all around an expanding and magical experience. Even one session can open the heart and mind to bring more depth, meaning and sparkle to every day life. I will definitely return, this is a great healing spa.

I like this place. I’ve been in for B12 injections and the sauna.
The injections are painless! I hate needles but this is really nothing to fret over. They will take you into one of the private back rooms and inject into one of your cheeks (not the cheeks you smile with, haha ;) and it’s over in 2 seconds. I get the B12 shots because I’m vegan but I’ve heard everyone could be deficient in b12. Plus there’s so many benefits! I do feel energized afterwards.
The sauna is awesome! They allow you to have the room for an hour which has everything you will need: towels, filtered drinking water, hair tie, makeup remover, and a shower with filtered water and all the shower essentials.
Love that they are attached to an organic juice/​smoothie/​raw food restaurant. It’s nice to grab a juice after the sauna :)
My only complaint is the prices seem kind of high… ugh.

Nice employees and clean establishment. The sauna itself was great. There is no parking and parking isn’t awful but not super easy. The room with the sauna and shower has no ceiling. It’s loft style so when you get out of the sauna it’s cold in there. They offer CD’s for music when you’re in the sauna and I declined because I wanted silence. Wishful thinking. It is a pretty noisy place and with no ceiling in the room, all the sound travels right into the sauna with you.
So… leave early so you look for parking, bring a robe so you don’t freeze, and say yes when they offer music. I wish I knew these things before I went. Feel like the front desk could have mentioned all of them and it would have helped. Why 4 stars? Because they are trying and they are nice and I too own a business, so I get it…

I love love love Sweatheory. The staff is always super sweet and welcoming. I’ve been a few times now and each time has been great. The infrared sauna is amazing. You can shut the lights off inside to relax and have the option to listen to music. Showering afterwards feels so amazing and your skin will look flawless!!! I usually get the B12 injections with biotin add on. They use the real B12 and not the synthetic kind that most places use. I’ve also had a Myers cocktail with biotin added in. It was a very relaxing experience and it gave me a ton of energy after.

I had gone here for months quite consistently for their Intermuscular injections of b12, biotin, etc.
As of recent, they double their pricing from about 20 – 25 dollars for their b12 injections up to 40 $.
They use to have you be able to buy add-on’s for each shot such as amp, biotin, etc etc. that is no longer an option and if it is, they will now charge you double the original price.
I’m really really really disappointed in this! I’ve been going for a while now and I love the girl who does my shots but because of the pricing me and all my friends can no longer go there as it’s just simply outrageous the amount they’ve started to charge.
I’m posting this in hopes they come to their senses to lower their prices and to let them know that literally everywhere else, and I go to the doctors in bev, charge 20 – 25 $ per injection. They are no different.

I love this place. I go in regularly to relax in the sauna and get B12 shots. The staff is always pleasant. The place is clean. I always feel amazing when I leave.

I go for the infrared sauna which is extremely relaxing and taking a shower at the end of the sweat session is the best! Great lazy Sunday activity. Minus one star since I think the price is a little hefty. But it’s a nice way to relax!

The first time we came here it was not a great experience, just a lot of confusion with customer service… Upsetting because the concept and visual is amazing. She ended up taking care of a Sauna for the both of us for our next visit. It was great.
We will be returning!

This place is amazing. My skin always feels amazing, it alleviates much of my sore muscle pain. I notice the sauna alone can help improve weight loss, I’d like to try the injections alongside the sauna on a normal basis. The privacy and the shower afterwards are amazing. I leave feeling like a different person. It motivates me to be healthier and to stick to being vegan and gluten-​free. The lavender towel at the end is my favorite. I really love this place. The staff is friendly and very sweet.

I recommend their B– 12 shots.
The ONLY negative I have to say about cedarhouse is PARKING!!! It took me 25 min to find parking because there was a construction and streets were closed. I refused to pay $ 17 in the parking close to them.
Apart from that everything else is great!!! Very clean and the staff is very friendly!

I’m addicted to their infrared saunas. Super clean, comfortable space and great price. The sleep I get afterwards is unparalleled and it does magical things for my skin. I highly suggest listening to one of their meditation CDs while you’re in there as it helps the time go by a little easier. The peppermint soap in the shower really helps cool you down afterwards. Parking is tricky but I can usually find a close metered spot.

Love this place. It’s great if you love to sweat like i do. It is very basic with a simple sauna and simple shower. The rooms are not very private but you do have your own space. I like that there is a vegetarian place attached so you are able to get a snack. They have little add ons. Warning: the shots are no joke, esp the mineral shot. We were shocked when we put it in our mouths. Don’t assume it’s refreshing because it certainly is not. The cold lavender towel afterwards was amazing tho. We will definitely be back, minus the shot ;)

The staff is hit or miss– sometimes they’re super friendly, other times they’re a little curt.
The sauna– is always amazing. The set up (shower, towels, water and even ear plugs) is great! It’s set up very nicely, the ambiance music is always very calming.
If you want a relaxing experience, this is your place. They have really good deals from time to time too.

I wanted to try the sauna based off reviews from Unilocal!Just finished my sauna session I was happy with how clean and private the rooms are. I came Here wIth a Groupon for B12 shots! The girl who did it was fast and friendly. I have 4 more to go, the girl at the front desk was Rude and seems to hate her job! I wanted to know about other services they offer… she was not interested in telling me. Too bad this place seems cool… not sure if I will return for more sauna sessions.

All I can say is that after my sweat session, my skin never looked better!

I can’t wait to go back, my experience was great. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and accommodating.
I opted for a chili shot before my sweat and a mineral shot after.
The girl at the front desk recommended a meditation CD that you’re able to listen to in the sauna.
Your room comes with a private shower and feels so refreshing after a good sweat.
Overall, it was a great relaxing experience where I was able to connect with myself and detox a little!

I’ve been coming here for more than a year now and I’d only ever tried their ultrasonic sessions (3) and their lipotropic injections (I’ve bought several packages of 25 over the past yr). I’m not sure if the ultrasonic really worked for me, as they advocate you avoid sugar for a while to feel/​see results. However, I’ve been doing the ultrasonic at several other places and am definitely seeing great results without having to change anything about my diet/​lifestyle.
Of course, one could argue I’ll see even more dramatic results if I change my diet even further. However, I’d rather have steady results than something drastic that will only be temporary. Essentially, I’ve lost about 3 inches from my bust, 5 inches from my waist and 3 inches from my hips in about 6 sessions (1 session a wk) without having to do anything else, just maintaining a balanced diet. I haven’t been able to do any exercise (not even yoga or walking on a treadmill) as I was recently in a very bad car accident and I’ve STILL been able to see results like the above.
I think the lipotropic injections work IF you’re doing them in conjunction with B12 shots. However, I’ve been getting my B12 injections from the Hollywood Walk in Clinic which has amazing prices and great packages available on Groupon, much more affordable than anywhere else I’ve been to. Essentially, what I’m totally excited about here at the Sweat Shop is their infrared sauna!!! I’ve been to several others, some ok, some good, but here they are AMAZING! It gets pretty hot but it’s very high tech, you can listen to a CD, the radio, nothing at all if you prefer and it’s extremely clean and comfortable. You can also use their shower afterwards and all is available in your own private room.
The cold lavender face towel at the very end is awesome as well! I’d highly recommend trying the sauna at least once and it you like it enough like me then definitely spring for a package deal as you’ll save more in the end.

Not too sure if the lipotropic shots are working but they feel NOTHING like B-​12 shots and DO NOT hurt at all.
I’ve got a 10 injection package, so we’ll see.
DO NOT come on Sunday’s NO WHERE TO PARK.

Interesting concept. Not going to lie — decided I wanted to check this place out after seeing them featured on an episode of Vanderpump Rules.
Went with my best friend and O-​M-​G. Our hearts were racing 20 minutes into the session and we both felt incredibly nauseous. Didn’t think a sauna could get that hot (or make me feel that weak).
I think it helped going into the room with my best friend so we could chat to pass some of the time… not sure if I could handle sitting there for 40 minutes if I was alone though!
They opened up a location in NYC… not sure if I’d go back again.
