I had my rug cleaned over 2 weeks or so now but wow did these guys smash it. My shag rug came back looking bran new like when I bought it. Very professional and good, hard working people. They were quick to help, even came and picked up our rugs vs us having to drop them off! Our two persian rugs came back to us in beautiful condition and in a timely manner. We’re glad we chose them!

I was hesitant in sending my white shag rug anywhere, but I sent it to Superior Rug Services and am happy to say I chose the right place! I couldn’t take my rug to the actual place due to my surgery recovery, so Chris picked it up the same day I called and dropped it off. Chris had flawless customer service is and is great at keeping one posted in regards to pick up and delivery. I am SO happy with how I got my rug back. It literally looks brand new again! My 5 stars go for Customer Service and for the work well done! Will definitely be using Superior Rug Services again.

The owner told me if I got the Unilocal deal he would charge me $ 70 for delivery. If I didn’t get the Unilocal deal delivery would be free. So don’t get the Unilocal deal! The owner seemed extremely upset about the Unilocal deal so I am not sure why they even offer it.

Excellent service. They return your calls as soon as they can, and are very flexible about picking up your rugs at a convenient time. Chris is super-​friendly and will answer any questions you might have. I’ll definitely call them for my next rug cleaning!

Found through Unilocal.They did a good job cleaning my rugs. They seemed a bit disorganized, but they did good work all in all. I’d use them again and suggest to others.

I found this company on Unilocal when I was looking for a rug cleaning service that would pick up and deliver to Glendale (I believe they work all over LA). I had a heavy oriental 9×12 rug plus two smaller vintage rugs to have cleaned, one of which smelled like cat pee. They made the process very easy. Chris was great, he called to schedule and then called again to remind me of the pick up time. I was especially scattered because I had to fly out of town to attend a funeral, and Chris handled it all in stride and was professional and kind.
The two smaller rugs were old and had been in storage, and Superior discovered some significant damage to them from age and moths. They called me to let me know the repairs they recommended and let me decide whether I wanted to have them repaired. I agreed, and they completed the repairs (replaced fringe and fixed serging) in a timely fashion for the price they quoted me over the phone. No surprises! They delivered on time and the rugs look and smell great. My mom can barely believe one of them is the same rug that came out of my grandma’s attic! I’d definitely recommend them for high quality cleaning and repairs.

Our Persian carpet was picked up promptly, cleaned expertly and the weaving was re-​woven by hand on one side. It came back looking so clean and bright again. Excellent and honest service and very kind customer service over the phone.

I checked Unilocal and Google, found 8 – 10 of the highest rated options in LA, and started calling for estimates. I needed three rugs cleaned. Two are small and relatively new, one is a large (14×10) antique Persian that really ties the room together. It’s 70+ years old so I wanted to make sure it was handled with care by professions.
Superior Rug Services gave me a great estimate, and followed through with outstanding service once I booked the job. They were not the cheapest option because the cheapest option is usually a steam clean and that’s not how I wanted these rugs cleaned.
Chris came to my house. Then rolled, tied, tagged, and loaded each rug into his van. Once the rugs were cleaned he coordinated delivery back to my house with my schedule, then put the rugs back in place, moving furniture when necessary. Amazing job by Chris and everyone else involved. I’ve already recommended to several friends. Customer for life!

Had my vintage rug cleaned and it came out beautifully! Spots gone! Just dropped it off and it was ready for me to pick up the following week. It’s hard to trust someone with your vintage stuff and they really did take care of it. Looks as good as new. Thanks!

They did an amazing (and fast) job with our Persian rugs– they all look new! Extremely polite service and thorough job on the rugs.
Be wary, though, that they refer out their upholstery (couch) cleaning to other companies, so the excellent reviews you’re reading may not apply to the upholstery service. You might want to track down a separate upholstery place yourself.

Great service will repeat. Was worried about the large wool rug and how the colors would come out but the colors look better than before. Fresh and Clean.)

I had 5 carpets that needed to be cleaned after a film shoot, the rental house refused them because they were so dirty. After a bit the rental house agreed to clean them for $ 900. Instead, I took the rugs to Superior where they cleaned them AND returned them to the rental house for about $ 400! Superior service, quality and definitely production friendly, which is a good thing in LA.

I own a home staging/​interior design business (Modiano Design) and I used superior on more than one occasion.
I am happy with their prices and the customer service. So far I had about 6 rugs cleaned with them and they all came out like new.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else and they found a returning customer in me.
