Best subway I have ever been to! The staff was lovely and greeted me in a polite way. I felt very welcomed in this store. The cookies were amazingly delicious as well as my sandwich they properly made for me. Definitely coming here more often. Thank you!

i wanted to get the $ 3.25 breakfast special with an egg and cheese sandwich and a decaf coffee. after my sandwich was ready, i asked for a decaf coffee. the woman who rang up the order said they don’t have decaf. i asked if they ever have it and she said no. then she charged me $ 3.50 + tax for the sandwich.

While in DTLA I was hungry and had a coupon for Subway so I stopped in here. Subway is ok, but as usual they are cheap with the meat & toppings. The staff was not paying attention so orders got messed up left & right. The sandwich wasn’t all that butI ate it since I paid for it. At least the coupon discounted my purchase and saved me a little something.

I’m not a huge Subway fan but in a pinch, you always get a decent sandwich. I get the chicken on Italian bread foot long hero. Lettuce, tomato, peppers, and brown mustard. But, I’m boring. The potential list of subway sandwiches here are unlimited.

I know it’s a Subway but if I’m dropping money at your franchise, the least I can get is a «thank you» or «have a good day» or «hi» or «hello»…I mean sh*t, give me something. I came in and ordered a foot-long veggie delight. The sandwich artist behind the counter was less than enthusiastic to be putting the sandwich together but I understand everyone has rough days. Towards the end I ask for oregano on the sandwich; maybe I didn’t get the memo on the tremendous shortage of oregano in the world because I think 3 flakes came out of the shaker when I got the«what else?» look. I’d usually go in at this point but I for some reason I let it go. When I get to the register, an older woman rings me up and just looks at me without saying a word. I look right back at her… silence…then she utters out«5 dollars». Now, if there was a language barrier, again, I understand, but there wasn’t. She was just talking to my enthusiastic sandwich artist behind the counter. Anyway, I pay and without another word, she begins to ring up the couple behind me. To top it all off, as I’m walking out, I hold the door open for an employee who just took the trash out and is returning with a large trash can… do you think I got a «thank you» or «thanks»…nah, wishful thinking. Never again.

It’s Subway. You know what you’re getting. And if you don’t, why are you going to a chain sandwich store with twenty mom and pop sandwich options in the immediate vicinty?

It’s a subway what more can you ask for. Just busy during lunch time. But very good service all in all.

This Subway is OK, but really just OK. I come here for lunch sometimes and it gets super crowded. A couple of weeks ago I went in there for lunch(around noon) and the line was almost out the door and they had only 2 employees working at the time. It was chaotic, to say the least. This place is also really inconsistent. Sometimes they charge for avocado and sometimes they don’t. One of the women at the cashier also has sort of an attitude at times and it’s not very pleasant to deal with that. As far as quality of food, this Subway is pretty decent. It’s a generic subway. Not my a favorite, but not the worst out there either.

24hrs, healthy sandwiches, cheap price, and horrible service! I’m only a regular because it’s right across from my gym and I gotta eat healthy right!

I call this one«crackhead» Subway — the more ghetto of a few in walking distance from the financial district. Aptly nicknamed by yours truly for the types of people you will find in this general area. I prefer 6th and hope( ) or even 7th& Grand to this location. This location feels dirty and the lines are always long… have I mentioned the crackheads?

This place is small and the area around it looks dirty. All that said, the place is open 24 hours which is great if you’re working late in downtown. The prices can’t be beat either.

This Subway tends to be packed like a mug at lunch but they tend to get my sandwich quickly. The only drawback is the space, which can barely accommodate the people who flock en masse to eat fresh.

The sandwich makers at this particular Subway need to slow down. I truly enjoy Subway and think its a bargain for the quality and healthiness of the food but seriously, I literally get anxious as I’m constructing my sandwich.

Dim, a little too depressing to sit and eat with the local home-less sitting down at the only available seats. Yet serviceable if you wish to get a foot-long to satiate your hunger after smelling their ovens baking their blasted delicious bread.
