I never realized how hard it was to make a sandwich until coming here. First off, ask for«extra» everything if you would like a normal amount of anything. Except cilantro, cause they’ll smother your sandwich with it. And forget having a somewhat mess-less lunch because they don’t even try to keep the veggies(and meat) within the bread when they wrap it. Overall the quality of products is the same as any other subway, but the sandwich makers don’t have a clue how to put things together.

Friendly service, good sandwiches. The lunch hour lines can get long, but they move pretty quickly. Great hours. Open 7 am — 9 pm seven days a week.

I figured being at the Westin in LA would’ve provided us with a more decent Subway, obviously I was wrong… The staff there are just about as useless as most of the shops there that don’t seem to be open at any time during the day. And most of them are so dated they just need to go, really really really badly. I have never seen their breakfast sandwiches and was absolutely appalled when I found out what everything looked like, their eggs were even worse looking what I’ve seen at mcdonalds. They have flies floating around the area that all the meat is at, whenever I’ve seen them cleaning I’ve seen them push wilting vegetables back into random buckets with less wilted vegetables. I was forced to eat here a few times during the past week because of circumstances that I don’t wish to go into. But the Westin needs to talk with the manager(s) there and have it entirely restaffed and washed clean of it’s disgusting everything.

Having my usual, chicken breast sandwich… and of course I went for the footlong, cause it’s only $ 5! It’s usually empty after 2ish, if you’re doing a late lunch… otherwise I wouldn’t venture there during the lunch hour. The two guys that are usually there, when I go, are helpful and fast! Today, one of them told me to enjoy my sandwich… will do!!!

If I could give zero stars for this Subway location in the Bonaventure, I surely would. The lunch hour service is horrendous. The teen employees push you through the line like you were cattle, and don’t take the time to make your sandwich properly. I’m not at all picky when it comes to fast food, but… DAMN. I ordered a footlong veggie sandwich, and the fools didn’t put any mayo or mustard on the sandwich, or tomatoes or cheese, as I had asked for! But they were sure to charge me the extra amount for the avocado. This was definitely my last visit there. Piece of advice to this location’s Subway manager, lose the 16 year old punk rock kids/high school drop outs, and hire some employees who are a little older and have better comprehension/awareness. Someone who isn’t too busy trying to be cool with their loser friends behind the counter, and know how to have their hair properly groomed.

I hate Jerry and the«Five Dollar… Five Dollar Footlong» song. $ 5 footlongs are hard to ignore: The Chicken Bacon Cheddar(melted Monterey Cheddar cheese, all-white meat chicken breast strips, bacon strips, lettuce, tomato wheels, onions, green pepper strips, black olive slices, and ranch dressing) is delicious. I still hate Jerry and the commercials.

This review is based on the service at the Boniventure location. During the lunch rush hour the servers are too fast and reach over sandwiches that are being prepared by another employee. They don’t have an assembly line. On one occasion the server dropped my sandwich. Instead of asking what kind of sandwich I ordered he argued with another employee. I walked out and left them arguing. Subway restaurants in the downtown area are a block in a half radius. I would recommend the location on 6th St & Hope.
