Ehhh it was average, it’s not bad don’t get me wrong but it could be better. felt like there was a lot of hype around it. Kinda pricy and I wasn’t even full after. The fries are good though that’s about it.

Not impressed with this place. We came because of the positive reviews. The fries are shoestring fries that are overly crunchy and a bit too greasy(they taste like those dehydrated potatoes in a can). The green garlic sauce was blah! The burger, well I’d rather be eating a McDonald’s cheese burger instead. The lemonade was yummy though. They did offer to sub the fries for something else, but I was so underwhelmed that I didn’t even bother. Not a very successful lunch outing. Won’t be coming back here.

I had mixed feelings walking into this place. I had read the Unilocal reviews and decided this was the best burger place in the area but when I got here I was kind of turned off. It’s in a pretty dirty looking neighborhood and parking is a disaster unless you pay $ 5 to park in one of the lots. I ordered the Why So Cheesy combo and got my free lemonade too but the cashier told me it would take 10 – 15 min which is kinda ridiculous for a fast food burger. Anyways I got the food 10 minutes later and was not too pleased. The fries don’t seem like they’re very fresh(but they do some with really good seasoning) and the burger lacked freshness as well. The bun tasted like it was a week old and the patty was pretty dry. For something called«Why So Cheesy?» it wasn’t as cheesy as I expected considering I’m not even sure if the macaroni even has cheese on it. Overall I thought it was decent. I was too sketched out to continue eating the fries but the burger was alright and the free lemonade helped. Next time I’m in this area I’m gonna try to find a new, better spot.

This place is located in a slightly tucked away«international food court,» a place quickly growing with quality food. I ordered a burger burrito with fries and a free lemonade(bit too sweet, but had a nice tangy aftertaste) I got from checking in on Unilocal. The wait was a bit long(~15 minutes), as it seems a lot of people phone-in carry-out orders here, but it was well worth it. The burrito, while a bit small in appearance, was densely packed with what I believe is actually more than what their burgers have. A unique creation, the burrito has a strong Mexican flavor with the fast food greasiness that comes with burgers. To add to the taste, they provide a green sauce that is essential to completing the overall flavor of the burrito. I combined this sauce with some hot sauce, which resulted in a delight that I will not soon forget. Forget breakfast burritos, I could have their burger burritos for breakfast every day. As an added bonus, the fries that come with the combo are nice and crispy and very plentiful. For less than $ 10, this meal is sure to fill you up.

Came here hangry from Santee Alley and boy did they not disappoint. I got the Why So Cheesy burger combo. Drink: Opted for the strawberry lemonade with a little regular lemonade to cut the sweetness. Refreshing on a hot day. Fries: The fries are thin cut with herb seasoning. Came with a dipping sauce(cilantro maybe), but ended up using ketchup instead. Pretty good, but the burger was were its at. Burger: The mac n cheese stuffed inside the Why So Cheesy burger gave the patty a unique texture that I didn’t mind at all. It was still juicy, yet had a little snap from the macaroni pasta inside. Cheese on top on the part was nice and gooey. And did I mention everything was piping hot?! I will definitely be back to try more stuffed burgers to stuff my face into.

Their breakfast wrap is the best ever. I was thinking of it when I woke up this morning. How can you go wrong with chili cheese fries with bacon and eggs? Every bite is absolute perfection.

Accidently ran into this place with a coworker. Must say, this was an awesome accident. They serve breakfast all day, which is always a plus. I had the Juicy Lucy with a brussel sprout side salad. The burger was juicy and flavorful and the salad was very refreshing. My coworker really enjoyed her breakfast plate. They have a good variety of salads that all looked delicious. I must go back and try a few. Only downside is that the burgers are a bit pricey for their size. Be prepared to pay the price of a «The Counter» burger. Everything else is reasonably priced.

If you need a burger fix around the fashion district and you don’t wanna go to Umami, this is the place. I had the Juicy Lucy and it was delish! They make their burgers from scratch and the portion was hearty but not an overwhelming size. The bread/bun for a burger is a big deal for me, so getting a soft, lightly toasted bun was the highlight for me. The patty was cooked pretty well. It wasn’t dry(coked medium) and was a good thickness for the bun. There was. Soooo much cheese. *heart* Be sure to check in and get your free lemonade. The strawberry lemon was a little too sweet for me. But its free. So get it.

This order is for delivery… I ordered the breakfast burrito. They were out of eggs that day so they substituted with extra potatoes. Still not bad. These burritos come with CHILI! Yum but greasy(duh it’s chili). BUt anyways, all was good until I found a green string in my burrito. I was 2 bites in. :‘[ Totally ruined my appetite and I didn’t even want to touch the other half anymore. The BF had the mushroom burger. He said it was just decent. It looked really good though. I don’t know cause didn’t want to eat anything else from that kitchen that day. So sad and disappointed about this place. :[ We’ll see how it is next time I get desperate for delivery burritos…

I just finished eating my burger. The meat had a really weird taste to it and it was dry and over cooked. The Fries were cold and stale. The worst Gourmet burger I’ve ever had. We got 4 burgers and everyone stomach is upset. First and last time. Everybody has different experiences but mine was bad!

Decent tasting food, very good front cashier service, took a long time to fulfill order. So I am walking around with a friend in Fashion District looking for a quick place to eat. In my head burgers are typically fast especially if it is in a Mall — style food court. I ordered a Hawaiian burger and got a free lemonade with my Unilocal check in. it was about $ 12 for a burger, fries, not counting the Friedrich. adding advocados was about a dollar fifty. The food took about 2025 minutes to make for 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries. The Hawaiian burger was good and has mushroom stuffed into the be steady. The fries were hot and crispy, it came with a pesto sauce. My friend that typically eats a lot could not finish his tuna sandwich which was tasty and came with fried bread. my own burger was juicy and hit the spot, I’ll go waiting for it usually makes it taste better. I am noticing that I do not like to wait for food if it is not a restaurant type setting. However, the food itself and the pleasant person at the front made up for that a little bit. He kept telling us to write a review for you up for a free lemonade, so here it is.

Great burger, fresh prepped french fries, secret sauce for dipping make for solid good food. Also ordered a beet salad on the side — love me some beets and I was not disappointed. Prices are reasonable for the higher quality. This restaurant in the middle of the fashion district is worth visiting. Customer service takes it over the top!

I was craving a good burger for lunch. Saw there reviews and menu. Wanted to give them a try. Mike was very helpful and patient with my decision making. Free delivery. One mile radius. Min $ 8. Can’t wait to try The Mushy and the Mexican salad. :-) The deliver guy was friendly and food was served in the 45 – 60 quote time. The burger was still warm and tasty. The Mexican salad was good too. Good portions. Now back to eating the rest of the yummy burger. :) Got a free lemonade for checking in. Gotta have something to wash down the juicy burger.

Tuna Melt on steroids! :) Ofcourse good steroids. Wedding errands in the Fashion District and wanted to try something new. Found Stuff Em off of Santee in the foodcourt next to McDonald’s. Gotta try them! Great service! Great food and a welcoming cleanliness you don’t find in LA. Definitely worth your time, money, and tastebuds!

STUFFED! HEAVEN!!! The burgers are huge and tasty! I got the mushy which has mushrooms and Swiss cheese. The bun is probably the most important part of a burger and they got BOMBBUNS nice and soft and buttery. The meat was hand made and juicy too. They have a variety of different salads that was impressive. Couscous, beet salad, Indian cauliflower, Mexican salad etc. I sampled a lot and they were all yummy! The workers are super cool and good is legit. Located inside food court check em out!

Stuff em is the place to go for a great burger. Everyone who disagrees, has no taste buds. Went to downtown to find some suits and all of a sudden I get hungry. So many food restaurants to choose from but Unilocal directed us to Stuff Em. We read many great reviews on this place so we had to try. The place was definitely great! The meat was juicy and the fries were definitely tasty. Thanks to mikes great service, I had a good experience and will definitely be a spot I will return to for a long time. So now I write a good review so that way many other people can find out how great this place is.

Me and a buddy were in the area getting suits for a wedding and stumbled across Stuff Em through all the Unilocal reviews. It looked good, albeit hyped up, but we decided to see for ourselves. We got here and Mike gave us a rundown of the menu and how it worked, he was extremely helpful and patient with us. The food came and it didn’t disappoint. I got the why so cheesy and my buddy got the juicy Lucy, both burgers were amazing. For me this place definitely stood up to all the 5 star reviews it gets and is very well deserved. This is my new go to burger joint when I’m in the area!

Tried this place for the second time today and didn’t enjoy it as much as my first try(about a month ago). I ordered the chicken sandwich which had pieces of chicken instead of a solid piece of chicken :-(and unfortunately there was more bread than anything else on the sandwich. I got a Mexican salad on the side which was boring too, it came with ranch(not sure why that’s considered Mexican?). My friend ordered the grilled chicken with kale salad and cauliflower salad. The kale salad was good but the cauliflower salad lacked flavor… My first time here was much better and that’s why I’m still giving them 3 stars. I had half tuna and grilled chicken with edemama salad and couscous. Also, the delivery took way too long today over 1 hour and 15 min, so if I decide to try again I’ll opt to pick up instead.
