The office staff is HORRIBLE. After getting my bathrooms remodeled, I was looking forward to getting the carpets and air ducts cleaned to remove layers of post construction dust. I scheduled an appointment with these folks for a Saturday between 4−5pm. Come Saturday 4:30 and no one is here, so I call, but the line keeps ringing. I continue to call for the next 30 minutes. By 5:30, I give up and go on with the rest of my evening. I call the next day and the receptionist profusely apologizes claiming that there was some emergency and that all appointments were canceled for Saturday and that someone should have called me to let me know. I tell her that no one called, and that when I tried calling, no one picked up, not even an answering service. She offers a discount and promises to have technicians out within the next couple of hours. I agree thinking I have nothing to lose since I haven’t paid them anything, and it’s Sunday and I wouldn’t be able to get anyone else out before Memorial Day. The appointment was for 1:00. Come 1:15 no one is here. I call and the receptionist tells me the technician will arrive within 15 – 20 minutes. After 45 minutes, one technician arrives at 2:00 with only carpet cleaning equipment. I ask about air duct cleaning and he states that the service will be done the next day. The next day?! The receptionist never informed me that the air duct service wasn’t going to be performed in any conversations I had, nor did I ever agree to service on Memorial Day. When I called to address the issue, the receptionist again stated that there was some«emergency» and couldn’t get the air duct technician out but that it could be scheduled for later in the day or week. After wasting my weekend waiting around for service I wasn’t about to trust this person anymore. Four stars for the guy who came out to clean my carpets, though. He was quick, efficient and effective with the cleaning. I also negotiated with him for a bigger discount off the service which he obliged and apologized for the office staff’s poor communication. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Who’s got time to wait around for poor customer service?
