The disrespect my children and I received at this hotel was abominable. Upon approaching the hotel, the clerk was outside, speaking to a gentleman on a bicycle. I didn’t know he was the clerk until I been standing in the window for a couple of minutes before he decided to come and help me. I had cash in hand for a room, advertised at $ 45 /night. I asked if he had any rooms available; he said no. It was a Wednesday in the middle of nowhere, and the parking lot was empty, so I found the card believe. When I told him that, he scoffed. When I told him I was living in El Sereno Park, homeless in a tent, he told me they still had nothing available. Something told me he wasn’t telling the truth, especially when he changed his story to the fact that they had to save room for their online reservations. I thought you didn’t have anything available, dude! How much longer are you going to make me stand here with 2 kids screaming and crying? Are you kidding me right now? I should never have walked over without checking availability, right? But wait! Priceline has rooms available. Wtf! This guy is lying to me! When I approached the counter and ask him why there were rooms available on priceline, he snarkily asked why I didn’t just book one online! After having walked over 2 miles with a baby strapped to my chest and one in the stroller, by this point I was pretty enraged. Other than discrimination, there was no lawful or logical reason why he wouldn’t give me a room. I was not going to get busted sleeping in a park with my kids when I had money for a room and this hotel had vacancy. I stood behind customers coming to check room availability. If this guy can choose who to give a room to, I need to know why he’s denying a room to a homeless woman and two children. He responded to the pressure and turned them away as well. Can’t say I’m making you lose business if your rooms are full up, right? After an hour or so, he got up enough courage to approach me and say something along the lines of «I can pull a room together for you…» by which point I would rather have died than given him a dollar. My husband was willing to crash outside so me and the kids could afford a night in — and still — no. I returned to the tent late, and told the police my predicament, in which case they advised me to walk 3 miles the other direction and see about the other hotels. Thanks officer!

Worst motel ever been too. They have an elevator but they say you can’t use it because it’s only for employees. The family that say are the«managers» are rude and the rooms are dirty. Got a room that had a vomit stain next to the bed and they don’t give you towels or toilet paper when you need some.

Don’t ever stay here. If you want to have the absolute worst hotel experience possible, then feel free to stay here. The office manager harassed us the entire time, the service was horrid, and the room was absolutely disgusting. 0⁄5 stars if I could.

This motel is extremely cheap but it’s located in a shady area… I was scared the first night but nothing happened… the room was nice and clean… it seemed like heaven to us when we could not find a single vacant room in any hotel/motel in santa monica area… we drove around till 2am trying to find a room.
