Unfriendly service… I ordered a caramel frappé and when she told me the total, i gave her a 5 and told her I had the change and instead she just ignored, I tried giving her the coins and she didn’t want to take them. She said she had already input an amount on her computer. Next, I get the wrong drink and I go talk to another barista about how it wasn’t the drink I asked for, I guess she went to go ask the cashier about it and I heard her talking crap about me with attitude to the barista. So rude and unprofessional

Unfriendly service! A female employee with two braids was beyond RUDE! I stopped by for a yogurt parfait and when i got done with paying she handed me a fork, i then asked her for a spoon and immediately responded with a really rude tone«i already gave you one» I informed that she gave me a fork and not a spoon then after she TOSSEDTHESPOONATME! OMG! I kept quiet and asked if i could also have the code for the re…(i was cut off by her hand in my face with piece of paper that had numbers on it which I figured was the code. Overall a bad experience EVER! This was today 11⁄25 approximately around 2:30 pm

This location is just down the street from my job so I get to visit it on a daily basis and, even though this place is packed most of the time, there has not been a day when I have found the employees in a bad mood or not willing to make my drink just how I like it. They are fast at the register and at the bar so the line moves quickly. The store in general is always clean, the creamer/sugar/napkins counter is clean and well stocked. One thing I have always loved about Starbucks is that even though their customer service is not customized, it feels as if their customer service is customized just for me!

Super sketch Starbucks. Not only are the people around here off their rockers but even the baristas are cold and odd. Unfriendly service around here. Maybe because they just get tired of dealing with the transients, not sure. They rather you not use the restroom. I feel like I have to buy something first and then ask to use the restroom. At that point I’m walking in with a frap in my hand and figuring out how to balance it while going. Not the most lady-like times I’ve had but that’s what I get for coming to this location. By the way of the service was whatever and the drinks were good I could deal. Even the drinks are inconsistent!

Employees are nice. Bathrooms are clean. A lot of people who come here don’t buy anything, but have no shame in charging their laptops, tablets, and phones. These same people tend to be the loudest and the most annoying people within the store, and also tend to take up half store, which means less seating for buying customers. One person comes in and says«one medium water with easy ice filled all the way to the top.» I was like wtf.

I am a person who loves amazing customer service. And when I experience it I always want to share it. And the girl Jessica with the bubbly personality was amazing. She can Brighten anyone’s day. She is definitely someone you want on a team and someone you should keep. A place is only as good as their customer service. And Jessica has made this location so much better.

This place gets busy. Just as much as their other location on Wilshire-Serrano. However, the staff is in good spirit and patience makes a lot of difference when it comes to service, and fhat is something I appreciate. This location also stocks up on certain snack items that I haven’t found at other locations. Such as Peter Rabbit Organic fruit purée, blueberry snack boxes, dried fruits, nuts medley, and that’s it fruit bars. This is my local and for the meantime my Starbucks spot.

I always felt that Starbucks is best known For its customer service. The opposite seems to be true now. I ordered an iced coffee sweetened with half and half. My ice coffee was served without sweetener. I then went up to the barista and asked to have sweetener added to my drink. She looked at me as if i was pestering her and said there was sweetener in the area with cream sugar and napkins. There was no sweetener there. This is becoming a norm at Starbucks. I was at a different one and ordered a Caramel latte and a cool lime refresher with lite ice. I was served a latte without caramel and a cool lime refresher with what seemed to be extra ice. When I told the barista that I ordered a caramel latte she said«no you didn’t. But I’ll add the caramel for you» this was at a different Starbucks. They must be training their employees to be as rude as possible. That’s it for me. No more Starbucks.

This location is horrible… the line it’s always long and there slow. the employees don’t smile and give attitude. they need to be more fast on customer service… one should ask the customer what drink they want and the other should ring them up… there’s only one cashier and I see other workers doing nothing…

I come this starbucks because it downstairs from where I work. I was in line recently with the manager here, and she is really nice, and down to earth… Service is friendly and very fast. Only downside to this location is that the people that walk in asking for money… due to the location… there’s alot of homeless people that come in asking for change. It kills to coffee house vibe. but not sure what you can do about that … that’s my only negative on this location… but great staff… they work hard and fast. OVERALL: Service is great… drinks are great… but you might come across some homeless people asking for change inside… only downside. If you lucky to have Jessica ring up your order, she has the best customer service, super nice!

This place is always busy. Even after the remodeling place is too small. I rather go to other coffee-café areas in the area. Live in the area so it’s very convenient. Alot of parking. But service is terrible. They seem they don’t wanna work there. At least fake the funk.

Awful Starbucks. Coffee is always burned and old tasting. Even if you like Starbucks, avoid: the Coffee Bean across the street is always on point.

I just wanted to give them a 1 star because they told me that I can’t vape my electronic cigarette in front of their store, I wasn’t blowing massive clouds(but I can on my quad coil RBA) I just wanted to vent on Unilocal that this place isn’t a place for vapers, coffee is so, so, I mean, it’s Starbucks…

normally i dont like to review chains, but if you’re reading this, you need one of the two things i will offer: 1. Is customer service here good? Sometimes. On the weekends, they are the coolest barristas around, even if they are all still a bit green. Week days? maybe its cause i’ve been here before work, but EEK stay away. they all need a mocha frappa hug to lighten up a bit. Its coffee, relax, you’re not making a nuclear bomb. 2. is this a «safe place» to hang out? again, sometimes. daytime, you’re pretty golden, nighttime, not so much. more than once i’ve been accosted by house-less/less-fortunate people outside. i’ve been spit at, and chased, and one time while dining a door or two down, a rando weirdo took our plates off our table and into the restaurant. so creepy. Even on sunday mornings, the crowed milling about in this area is a little off. i’d recommend getting your java to go. xx

Great ambiance and must. The layout and the power outlets are great, and work here for hours on end. The employees don’t bother you as much as the other Starbucks, and if you get lucky, you can stay and work without a purchase, as long as you have shoes on and you’re not being abnoxious.
