Starbucks

Line was very long, but I was surprised on how quickly it went. The stuff was nice, coffee came up fast. Just like expected, but much quicker than most airport locations.

The worst Starbucks! Save your money. Seriously. Customer service was horrible. One of the ladies was on her cell phone chatting it up & having a grand ol’ time while working! They had multiple different bagels in their case, yet told customers they only had cinnamon and couldn’t toast it. What a lie!
I ordered an iced chai, and ended up getting an Oprah chai. Idk if you had an Oprah chai but they’re no bueno.
Usually I would say something but I had to rush to my gate. Which I’m sure these people were betting on.
A whole lotta NOPE!

I was given flat bread in a bag — paid $ 12 for that and when I asked for something flat, the employees couldn’t help me. I should have seen the Unilocal rating before coming here. Hope they improve!

The only place you can get beer and wine and they do a shitty job. Barista doesn’t know the product. Malbec cooler search, lol! Whatever. $ 32 later… but the gal can open a bottle of wine with out cork floating in it.

Baristas are RUDE! They respond to customers like «you want the whattt??!» With blank faces. I would give Z E R O stars if I could!

I’m actually a fan of Starbucks but not of this particular location. I realize that it’s in the airport and therefore, super busy… but the usual efficiency wasn’t there and my drink tasted watered down.
From the time I got in line to when I finally got my drink, 20 minutes had passed. I’ve been to this exact Starbucks before and expect around a 10 minute wait but this was just ridiculous. The employees seemed overwhelmed and tired. The person in front of me ordered a caramel latte and then as she was about to be handed her drink, the employee took it back and said she forgot to add the caramel. It seemed like mistakes like this kept happening which added on more and more wait time.
I wanted to order a shaken peach green tea but I was told they didn’t have any green tea… hmm that’s odd. Instead I ordered a passion tea lemonade and they didn’t have lemonade… again, what? So then I just went with an iced passion tea and waited about 20 minutes for it.
I gave ²⁄₅ stars because the customer service wasn’t good, they were out of green tea and lemonade, and the wait was ridiculously long. Word of advice, do not get in line here thinking it’ll take 10 minutes tops even when the line is long!

I had just gotten through baggage check, and TSA inspection, and I was famished. I was in need of some food, and I spotted this Starbucks first thing after the TSA station.
The line to this place grew quickly, but luckily I was one of the first people to make it through inspection, so I didn’t have to wait as long. The line flowed pretty slow, but it was 4AM on new years day, so I wasn’t going to hold that against the staff.
I ordered a venti iced green tea and a the egg, cheddar, and sausage sandwich. Both items hit the spot, and I sipped on my tea while I waited to board my flight.
The staff was in a good mood, which is awesome considering the day and time. I appreciate the providing me with what I needed.

Well… This was a pretty poorly run Starbucks. It definitely was not up to the cleanliness standards of a typical Starbucks. There was paper and cups all over the counter. The dude at the register was nice, and I appreciated that. Bianca ordered a sandwich and the person asked to heat the food didn’t know the difference between sandwiches… Uh, okay. Then as I’m waiting for my drinks I see the barista move the cups down the line. He starts making another drink that was ordered after mine. Then makes my first drink. Then continues to move the cups down and after I ask him for my second drink he says it’ll be one minute. Then he blatantly starts making another persons drink… No. No sir. I don’t like that at all. And I don’t like your Starbucks either. Boo on you.

Since there aren’t too many places where you can buy food at terminal 6, this Starbucks location is very busy. Expect long lines. Otherwise, the staff is fine. We got some decent breakfast here recently, blueberry muffins and we tried their holiday special– the crème brûlée late, a bit too sweet for my taste. When in doubt, this is OK to grab something and go.

Slow service. Cashier are chatty when they should be dealing with the long line. Even with a long line they squeezed in a huge cart of sandwiches and placed it in the middle of the line. Then I had it pushed into me quite hard. The manager saw and said sorry and walked away. So that was awesome customer service. If a customer get injured wouldn’t you want to take care of that ASAP. Bruise on my arm from the Starbucks cart and it didn’t seem to matter. Stay away and get your Starbucks before you get to your gate. Worst Starbucks I’ve experienced

Today I received my coffee ¾ full. No whip, no cream or sugar. I was already long gone from the coffee shop before I noticed and wasn’t able to return. I’m extremely disappointed. One of the reasons I am loyal to Starbucks is because of the consistency of the product. Today was not that case. I hope this is not a new trend.

My experiences at pretty much all Starbucks are perfect. But this one especially they still have good prices despite being in an airport terminal which stores and restaurants usually raise prices for. The attention to detail here also was really great with people flying international they are able to communicating with people that speak different languages which I appreciate. Also I did not see any employee that was not a master brewer. I Believe that’s what they call them with the black aprons. All and all a great cup of Papa New Guinea coffee

Surprise! People want coffee in the morning. Apparently this is a new concept at this Starbucks. Hardworking folks that are noticeably stressed. I felt sorry for them. Hard to be cheerful in the early morning when management does not have adequate staffing. You will wait A LONG TIME for your joe. I noticed other reviews of a similar nature. Unfortunate as there aren’t a lot of options at the airport especially terminal 6 which is in major remodel mode. Starbucks corp… you should review the certification of this location as it falls below standards.

Ugh. I’m not surprised… it is an airport Starbucks… But the line was insane. And the price markup is 25% compared to Starbucks stores outside of the airport, which seems a little bit excessive to me. Bordering on price gouging. I get supply and demand… but 25% is a bit insane. The staff was friendly enough, for how rushed and busy they were. I’ll be back, but only because I’m a Starbucks addict and I’m in this terminal a lot hahah

WiFi and a Clover machine. Great stopping point pre, post or during your travels. Friendly staff and super quick.

Terrible service. Asked what time they open and the answer was «soon». Someone asked what time they opened and they answered, «as soon as a cashier gets here».

Slow service they need more employees and they have one register for cash and one for credit card only dumbest idea ever that explains the long line.

The people here are rude. The lady was texting while taking my order, and another employee rudely told me to get out of the way of the counter. When they gave me my drink, it wasn’t even close to being full. I also saw them do the same thing to another man. I get that you’re working at an airport, but if you’re going to be inconsiderate to guests, the least you can do is fill people’s drinks to the top.

Not only the line is unbearable, once they got the order for a skinny mocha frappucino, they gave me a regular one with extra whipped cream. I told them I asked for a skinny mocha frappucino they gave me a look as if I was lying, they did it again but this one was way watery… in purpose? Who knows… Any way after over $ 5 in a drink plus over 30min wait I took my watery drink and rushed to my flight.
