Barista doesn’t do good job on any of my ice coffee order. I understand it’s a Friday and terminal is busy, but expect good quality coffee. I put a negative review on this Starbucks

Very friendly but really slow. Everytime we come the lines are long and workers are few. If you’re in a hurry don’t get in line. You will miss your flight. Even if you order there’s not a lot of workers so the drinks take forever.

It’s a Starbucks at LAX, so it is what you’d expect-busy! I was there before I headed back home to Vegas at 6am and the line was ridiculously long, however it was very quick and I got my hot tea in no time. The staff was great and you could tell they were a good team because of how well they dealt with the customers and flow of orders. Definitely recommend!

Didn’t come here for the coffee or tea, but for a sandwich of all things. At $ 8.50 the Southwest Chipotle grilled chicken chicken sandwich was most reasonable and healthy option in Terminal 3. It had too much bread for my liking, so I just threw one piece of the bun away. It wasn’t the greatest meal, but it beats Burger King any day.

Your typical slightly-messy sad-people-sitting-in-purgatory Starbucks. They don’t price tag any of the food sitting out, so you get to go through the embarrassment of asking«How much is this salad??» and then quietly putting it back down and walking away after they tell you it’s $ 10. My flight was delayed for so long I returned and bought that friggin’ thing, and at that point it actually was worth $ 10. I usually hate Starbucks coffee, but got a decaf and had my tastes re-affirmed. I have no idea why people pay for this stuff everyday. Anywho, if you’re starving and captive and don’t want to pay $ 13 for a Whopper combo at the next-door BK, this is probably your best bet in Terminal 3. My other go-to is grabbing a Nature Valley granola bar at the Hudson News. So happy that this is where millions of years of evolution has brought us. Cheers! :-D

My fault for not checking the price of the sandwiches here. There like $ 9…didn’t care to check cuz I used my reward, but the barista didn’t use it in the sandwich, she used it in my $ 5 frap instead. She wouldn’t change it and just went back to talking to her coworker…=\ Oh and I got the chipotle chicken sandwich… it sucks.

Poor management and service. Couldn’t heat the bread and employees don’t care about you. Most of time, they just chatting themselves. Only reason it’s busy because there is nothing good inside terminal 3.

Sheesh guys I know it’s LAX and its early, but there’s no need for rudeness here! The line is long but it moves pretty fast and they’ve got a plethora of pastries to choose from for those early morning cravings. This Starbucks differs from most, however, in that they have NOTOASTERORMICROWAVE. I capitalize for emphasis on this, as they will not tell you until you’ve reached the front of that long line. As the only place around other than some fish place and a Burger King, I was looking forward to my bagel and cream cheese. But I will eat it cold, no biggie. I didn’t quite understand the woman who told me they don’t have any heating cookware, so I asked the guy ringing me up, to which he responded, she just told you we don’t have those. Sorryyyyyyy good sir, but it’s early and you have not yet given me my caffeine yet. They did give me two little cream cheese cups though

This is the most miserable Starbucks I’ve ever had the displeasure of setting foot in. $ 10 for a turkey sandwich where the meat was literally slapped onto the bread straight from the container. When my boyfriend asked if they could toast it a little bit he was gruffly told that they«don’t do that here.» I could understand not having time to toast a sandwich if there’s a rush, but it wasn’t that busy. You should avoid this Starbucks, but unfortunately it provides the only quick, edible food in terminal 3. So get in, grab your expensive, crummy sandwich or coffee and get on with your life.

Nice baristas, very attentive and helpful. Got the chai latte grande($ 4.65) and a lemon bread($ 2.90). Both tasted great, and the tea was made quickly and as requested. Cons are overpriced and only 4 seats. This is the one at gate 60, terminal 6 around 9pm.

They hide the price of the refrigerated foods in front and I was nearly tricked into buying a $ 9 slice of wonder bread. This place serves as a nice reminder of how everything is going down hill and how I just literally can’t.

I ordered a chocolate smoothie. That drink did not taste like chocolate at all. It had a non rip banana taste mixed with rotten milk. The service was bad as well. I am greatly disappointed in this; don’t go there if you like chocolate but like rude people!

Ehhh… what can I say? The line wasn’t too long. The employees were quick(and friendly enough). The drink was delicious. The pastry was yummy. It’s your typical Starbucks items. Overpriced? Yes. Duh! It’s in a freakin’ airport. Oh, and it’s Starbucks.

Small shop that shares the space with burger king. Their rewards card reader wasn’t working, they only took cash or credit card. So if you had points to be rewarded a drink or food you were in no way getting it here. Seems that most airport kiosks don’t work well with the membership reader. Staff was none the less nice and worked hard to make everyone happy. Forgot my cookie and went back and received it without them seeing the receipt. Thanks Starbucks. The cookie was delicious. Oh and I tried the franken frappé, let’s just say I wanted to use my torch and pick fork against whoever made that drink up at corporate…

This is the rudest Starbucks I’ve even been to. I understand they’re rushing you through the line because they’re busy. But I ordered a chai latte and a water. I had to ask again for the water when my chai was done, no big deal, but then she basically threw me the cup and said get the water at the Burger King drink station. No lid, no straw, but lots of attitude. Not necessary. I filled my cup and asked at the register for a lid and straw which I was given with a deep breath. Seriously?! I bet the employees at Burger King had better customer service.

Starbucks nowadays is similar to McDonald’s. Drinks are sloppy and prices are exorbitant … Almost $ 4.41 for a poorly made iced mocha…

Tried to order a decaf iced coffee, but they said they couldn’t make it. Tried to pay with my iPhone, but they don’t have a scanner, so you have to read off the 20 digit code to them. A solid 1-star.

After looking at all the reviews for Starbucks at all other terminals in LAX, it looks like Starbucks really needs to step up their act at all the terminals in this airport! I exited the plane and needed a caffeine fix. This Starbucks was located at Terminal 3 and the line was crazy long. A woman came out to take our orders on a slip of ticket which we were supposed to give to the cashier. I could barely read the ticket so I was worried the cashier would get my order wrong. So I reiterated my order to the cashier because I didnt want to have to wait any longer than I already had for this cup of coffee(I waited about 15 – 20 minutes). Soy milk here costs an additional $ 0.75! Whatttt!!! A small cup of coffee cost me over $ 5. Not cool.
