This review is based off not the location itself but a worker. I work nearby so this is my go to Starbucks! Everyone for the most part is great! Unfortunately this location has an employee by the name of Emefa… Can management please have a talk with her about her customer service skills. By far the WORST customer service ever! She’s always rude, no matter what day you got or time. She really needs to realize that she’s in the wrong job if she’s that unhappy working here. I’m not saying have a permanent smile attached to your face but common curtesy would be nice. You’re in a customer service position so you should really learn how to treat customers the right way.

My experience here has always been positive, despise the long lines and never a seat available bc its always packed. But today the baristas gypped me :( I got a caramel macchiatto and before i even took a sip the inch of foam dissolved so i paid a grande but got a tall’s worth. I’d understand if i asked for a wet cappuccino or an espresso macchiatto and it had turned out that way but not for a caramel macciatto. Kind of disappointed because they’re usually great

Why is this place always in need of a cleaning? Their prep station for customers is usually filthy with milk, sugar and coffee spilled all around and trash coming up through the openings. No consistency amongst baristas. You either get a great coffee or some sort of coffee flavored hot milk.

Wow one of the rudest managers I’ve had the displeasure of meeting. Literally sat down for 3 minutes and pulled out my laptop to see if the wifi was working and the manager came up to me and said I needed to buy something if I wanted to use the tables. I proceed to tell him Okay that’s fine I’m right about to order, and as I get up to get in line he starts talking to another guy and try’s giving him my table. He then looks at me and says«Oh you’re not leaving?» Like… what…I literally told you 5 seconds ago that I was going to buy a drink. The weird thing was the guy he was trying to give my table to didn’t even order anything yet. C’mon man.consistency.CONSISTENCY!!! The couple times I’ve been in here before have been… an experience. They let homeless people in to beg for change, that’s always fun. They also run he AC during winter… The inside is pretty clean, baristas are friendly, and drinks come out at normal starbucks speed, but seriously I wish they would send their managers to etiquette school or at least an intro to management class UGH.

I always come here(because I don’t have a choice), it’s right next to my work, and the staff is always so rude. I guess they know people will always be back for more coffee so they don’t care. It sux that it has come to this. I have learned my lesson, and will coordinate accordingly to wake up earlier and go to another location. I will not spend another dime here. The place is dirty, and there is never any parking.

Dirty unkept location. Jay is the rudest csr I’ve come across in a long time. Hopefully, when the store mgr calls Jay into the office to discuss this comment Jay can provide a reason why he feels it’s appropriate to be short with a customer trying to understand how to use the Starbucks app. Takes two minutes to answer a question Jay.

I am new to this area and this was the closet Starbucks to my place, since I worked for the company before I tend to view my experience from a different eye then most people and tend to be more patient and understanding as well. The location is really weird and small to start off with but then again most Starbucks maximize profits by not using huge spaces so they don’t have to pay rent which is not something I could use to complain about in a review so Theres not point in pointing out I couldn’t find a seat. The barista staff was busy since the line was about 6 – 8 people deep once I got in line, yet as long as people knew what they wanted and could clearly communicate it in the noisy room the line moved fairly smoothly. Luckily I got an awesome Barista who helped me out and got me out of there as soon as possibly and also made my Cold Brew perfectly. I will be back again thats for sure.

The baristas do a great job taking your order. I have never experienced any significant long delays receiving my order. However, the space inside this café is quite small. It holds about 20 seats, including 2 tables in the middle(with handicap signs), 4 small tables on the side, and two long rectangular ones by the window.

The staff is warm and friendly and the customers are generally pleasant with the occasional ocd wombat fluttering through. The strong dark hot drip coffee isn’t always predictably either. Here’s what’s got my goat: three days ago I told a staffer the bathroom was out of tissue and that hand towels were in the toilet. «We’ll get to that!» She responded from her preoccupied distraction. Now, the toilet has been out of service for three days. This on the heels of the bathroom paper being out 3 weeks ago. What this means is they don’t have bathroom supplies restocking on their schedule, which likely resulted in this need for a plumber… Surely my life energy might be better used elsewhere… Tuesday June 30th and still no bathroom. This is day 5. There are 8 staff on duty.

Friendly service most of the time. This place can get really busy, and a long line can form, but the baristas try their best to get the lines moving. I’ve been here a couple times though, where I’ve walked in and walked out knowing I wouldn’t make it to work if I stayed in that line… Seats: There are a couple of tables and seats against the windows, but those are usually hogged up by the regulars or those who are studying. I wouldn’t study here though because it gets loud due to this place getting so packed. Time: Before 7 a.m., there isn’t a line. After 7:30, the line begins. Parking: There is a validated parking lot, but being the lazy person I am, I usually street park because it is closer to the entrance.

UPDATE: I never see my usual barista anymore, and as of late, the service is terrible. I used to be ok walking a little farther to come to this starbucks and wait in thag crazy line. Lately, the service has been bad bad bad! No smiles. No sincere greetings. Nothing friendly about starbucks at all anymore. Document and awesome coffee both are around the same price for a latte and I definitely get better service there and less hobos.

The two times i had came here, all the employees are rude! And how they handed me back my change she pretty much threw it at me. And I had to ask for my receipt. And when the times I had came here, it wasn’t even busy, their was no line.

If the poor parking arrangements were sorted out the 4 no 3 ½ stars wood be given. Nice Starbucks store,. Even though the men’s restroom looked like it was not serviced in a week, it was an ok place to get coffee. I parked off of Vermont next to the«Starbucks only parking“spots. I got my ticket validated and when I tried to feed the ticket it do not take the Validation. And I was charged for my whole time there.$ 12.00 on a Saturday night. This was the only parking open at7:00 pm. Onsite supervisor neither cared or would do anything when I made him aware of the situation. This like the restroom that made a restroom at McArthur Park look spotless is a sign of poor management. One can only hope they will follow up on my phone complaint but I am not holding my breath.

Maybe it was just a wrong day at a wrong time when I came here last time. Everything seems to be running well this time around. Took less than 2 min to get my drink.

One of more crowded location in heart of ktown. Only time I am here is before or after gym across the street. Cant study here bc its loud and lot of traffic. Great for ppl working nearby or meeting up ppl I guess… Dont like the long line but sufficient to supplement your caffeine intake. Be prepared to wait if u order specialty drink… i usually opt for drip here since I dont like waiting. :-)
