Terrible! I only come here because it’s the only one in the area. They are always out of something… regular chai tea, bags, food, etc. It’s annoying. And it’s ALWAYS super slow in the drive thru. Today I waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru. I would have walked in, but I have a sprained ankle, and let’s face it, it shouldn’t take 30 minutes; there was never more than 8 cars in front of me.

At 6:40 today 3÷12÷16 a young Petite(black girl) so sorry but I want make sure the right person gets credit since she was busy and I couldn’t ask her name working the drive thru!!! She was Excellent! I always try to get my everyday coffee, but this Starbucks drive thru doesn’t help to get a quick coffee on the road. It always has a long drive thru line, No Joke! The drive thru workers are really nice, but very slow. I gotten my order wrong a couple of times, and i hate that I’m paying $ 5-$ 6 for a coffee and they get it wrong! I always see new faces, so maybe new workers all the time, and i hate it cuz the point of drive thru is for faster service. But sometimes i just rather go to McDonald’s for cheaper price faster drive thru. I know McDonald’s doesn’t have more variety in coffee, but at times is just faster. Please Starbucks work on your drive thru service!

I usually don’t write reviews about chain locations but the negative reviews are accurate. I ordered a Carmel Frap with an add shot. Apparently the guy taking my order didn’t think I needed an extra shot. I was also paying with the app and he told me to wait to scan it even though I was just holding my phone. I do not care for over-the –top customer service but that was just plain rude.

What is wrong with this Location??? Managers that run this spot — Why haven’t you addressed the outrageous wait time? We’ve been here twice(months inbetween) and the drive thru line was insane both times. And we aren’t talking about a 10−15min wait here… It’s WAAAY longer! We use drive thru because it’s not ideal to drag out our two babies to order what should take only 5mins NOT35mins! AND to top off this last visit, the drive thru folks never greeted us at the order menu so we assumed the speaker was broken. We get to the window and we have to go order inside anyway. RIDICULOUS.

this is the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited in my life, the drive-through took almost 20 minutes… And I was wondering why it would take so long for such a simple order… They even messed up my order twice before they got it right, which is serious when I have lactose intolerance and when I finally pulled up to the drive-through window to be able to see inside, nobody was inside the shop ordering either, the car in front of me had to wait a ridiculously long time as well and I assume the cars behind me had to wait. This location has lazy workers who don’t care about their customers, I do not want to make any personal judgments but you’ve got to be exceptionally lazy to have no other customers to attend to, and still takes 20 minutes to make Tea

Always one register open with 11 people in front of me. It’s 7:36am! The drive thru is ridiculous long too. Only reason I come here it’s because it’s the closest one. If you can avoid this Starbucks, do so! Oh and if they forget to give you an item and you come back for a reimbursement; you don’t even receive an apology for the inconvenience. Whomp!

The staff needs to move faster. There is no sense of urgency! I’m sure most people don’t want to wait 20+ minutes for a cup of coffee. I understand rushes and being overwhelmed with customers but it seems like instead of trying to get the drinks out in a timely manner they rather go even slower. A man I front of me ordered and then minutes later I see a team member pull out cups to start his drinks, guys please step your barista game up.

The wait time here is horrible, just horrible! And the sad thing is, it’s consistent. Ordering inside is just as long, if not longer and very frustrating. If you don’t mind waiting 20+ minutes for coffee, then I guess it’s okay.

Based only on drive thru experience. Extremely slow during morning rush. The line was insane. Even after ordering, still took 25 minutes to get to the window. The attendant was cordial. Its unfortunate there are not many locations in the South LA area, and you’re compelled to wait in these lines. Sure does beat the location on Gage and Hooper though! Avoid that location-at all costs!

Used the drive thru and even though it moved constantly we had to repeat our orders twice at the window. Not sure if the cashier at the window knew which orders where which because after being idle in front of the ordering intercom the person came on and said can I take your order, oh wait, did I already take your order… Yea. They are trying their best. Can’t blame them since they still make a good tasting product.
