Love starbucks! This place is in one of the busiest corners in one of the busiest cities in the nation! And I found parking pretty easy on the street. Lots of seating! Great service.

Nick at this Starbucks asked me how to spell my name before he wrote it on my cup. This has never happened to me at ANY Starbucks before. Nick rules.

My main issue with Starbucks is that their stores are usually so tiny. This one is huge, with so much seating. My sister and I are visiting LA, and it was great to get coffee and have a place to sit for a minute. However, since it is on a main drag, there is quite an eclectic group of visitors.

Best customer service at any Starbucks I’ve been to. This location has the best employees that always go out of their way to make my experience better. It’s spacious(in comparison to other LA Starbucks locations). Bathrooms are generally always clean, and the line usually moves pretty quick. The location is always busy but I’ve never waited longer than a few minutes to order. If you’re coming from Hollywood Blvd its definitely worth walking the extra block to this location for the better service and greater chance at getting a table to sit at.

I come here all the time to work on my laptop and enjoy the classic soothing aroma of the different blends of coffee bean. Despite the fact that they’re always pretty packed, bring a good set of headphones to listen to music and drown out some of the chaos and you’ll be fine. Great customer service, great coffee, and a nice view of the ever so popular Sunset and Vine intersection. Good place to people watch, thanks to the few homeless people you can usually catch a good show. Clean lobby, surprisingly clean restrooms and friendly hospitality. This is one of my new favorite Starbucks. ;) I love to get a hot chocolate with extra wip cream because I hate coffee, and its a nice warm sweet treat if you’re not a coffee lover like me. They also have pretty killer teas. Yum.

I usually drop by here on my way to work around 6:30AM. It can be a little frustrating because there is actually a good number of people doing the same thing at that hour but the location only has 1 barista working so he/she is running around. You have to leave some extra time to prevent being late to work(even if you order something simple like a premade sandwich that needs to be heated or a plain cup of coffee/tea). The coffeeshop is always clean and well maintained. There is ample seating area both inside and outside.

WHY have I been going to the Hollywood+Vine location for so long when just two blocks further, this place exists??? This location is spacious, clean, airy… they even have an outdoor seating area! Line was very short. TONS of seating and electric outlets. My barista was super handsome and nice. This is my new favorite Starbucks in Hollywood.

I’m not saying anything new about Starbucks — already have a review on another location. However, it occurred to me that despite the rigorous training these employees go through, there are still those new(or new-to-you) employees who refuse to provide the services that you’ve been receiving for years because… they don’t know what they’re talking about. Check with a senior coworker or supervisor before arguing with a customer! Today I ventured to SB for a bagel and old fashioned doughnut. I like to have my doughnut heated slightly(4 seconds is enough) to saturate the glaze(just like when it’s first made) and YES it tends to stick to the bag. Except, this time around, the new employee states: «we don’t do that because it melts the glaze… and makes a mess.» Correct! It melts the glaze(inside the bag) and is what I want. She wouldn’t do it… So pooh on employees that refuse to make happy their customers because they cannot see past their own limitations. The whole point of Starbucks’ experience is to make the customer happy, and that often takes the form of creative sugary coffee drinks that have names nobody can memorize. Maybe I should order one of those and see if it’s beyond her scope of reason. I digress(for no good reason)

Starbucks is Starbucks. Always consistent and the same. Love that they are always happy to make my daughters items from the secret menu but a little bummed today we were told they discontinued the ham and cheese painis. Please bring them back guys. That’s the one thing my daughter loves to eat. We make special Starbucks trips just for those.

This is one block south of the Hollywood and Vine Starbucks. I was just there and it’s crowded and scarce on seating. This one has plenty of seats. It’s way more chill and a cleaner area. They have indoor and fenced off outdoor seating as well on Sunset Blvd. It’s clearly a more recently designed Starbucks. The staff is nice. Chill atmosphere.

Good location! Good and friendly stuff! 5star Starbucks! I like the stuff because they were asking customerized drink with several options! It was real quick even though it was full of customers and in rush hours! They wrote my name perfectly also! :)

The place is very clean and staff is really nice and helpful, the only thing that I didn’t like was that there were few junkies. My girlfriend felt a bit uncomfortable being there.

I couldn’t think of anyone who doesn’t like a hot cup of coffee or bevie especially on a rainy evening. I am so glad that this Starbucks is of walking distance to my gym, it sure gave me the extra boost of caffeine for my workout and a nice warm cup for my cold fingers in this cool rainy Tuesday evening.(double purpose right?) This particular Starbucks is very nice, it is very spacious with a chic ambient lighting. I personally think that It couldn’t have picked the best location, being so close to many establishments in the area(right along the intersection of Vine and Sunset) parking can be a pain but for the«walkers» and«watchers» this location is a prime spot. especially for people watching *grin* The staff here are really courteous and quite fast, I was pretty much in-and-out of there. Overall, I really like this Starbucks, excellent location, good service and nice shop. Cheers!

This is the Starbucks I frequent the most because it is convienantly located near my place. It has a nice layout and many good seating options. The outside facing walls are all glass looking out to the lively intersection of sunset & vine. Seeing all that lively energy outside as well as getting a boost of caffeine really energizes me. Lots of outlets are around to connect laptops or phones to. I’ve found this spot perfect for meeting friends at. The baristas are very nice and do good work. This Starbucks also has a pleasant design to it and visual decorations. The outside seating is perfect for watching the street scenery. I only wish it was open 24 hours.

I know there are those that think reviewing a Starbucks is ridiculous, but they ARE a business, and with there being plenty of them to choose from within a mile radius(especially in this area), this is a review to let you know that this particular location is a good one. Normally I stop in around 6am, and there are a few homeless, one that looks specifically like Hurley from LOST. But they don’t bother anybody, and the staff is fairly nice. I have noticed like others that when one goes in this early, there is only one person running the register/making drinks/warming food while you can hear someone in the back but she works efficiently and it doesn’t normally take too long. That being said, I try to get there as early as possible, but of course there is no way for me to judge how long the line will be. Parking is pretty nonexistent if you go during the day/night but the small lot behind Chipotle-where you pull in for valet off Leland-may be your best bet.

Lovee this location. Many reasons. Quick service, friendly baristas, clean, good music(better than most locations), lots of seating, along with everything else Starbucks is supposed to be. Two clover machines so I didn’t have to wait on mine even though someone else was getting one.(Also won’t have to wait for machine to clean) No parking, but in this area even if there was some it would be impossible anyway so, probably for the better. Small, but pretty patio seating.

Wow, I was absolutely THRILLED when this location opened up right below the building I work at. I used to have to run up the block to the one on Hollywood and boy… it was always infested with druggies. Waiting for my latte used to be a nightmare. No longer do I have to fear all the ratchetivity that occurs in the not-so-glamorous part of Hollywood :) As long as the baristas are consistent with the quality/service I think this Starbucks will continue to be awesome!

This is an excellent spot for Starbucks. I really love the location and the staff is amazing. Courtney provided me with excellent service and always has a smile on her face. The food is always fresh and ready to be served :) I’m looking forward to coming back to this place.
