CARLOS IS THE BEST! He has saved my couch now twice after my adorable yet very naughty dog decided to pee on our couch. The couch is perfect — looks brand new now! I highly recommend Spotless Rug Cleaners — ask for Carlos though because he is the best!

I called them this morning and they came over just a few hours later. They do excellent work and are extremely professional. They took care of some area rugs I needed cleaned, my sectional couch, and a recliner. They also cleaned up two small ottomans as part of a deal! They also offer 30 days of guarantee ! Definitely using them for any upcoming projects.

Wow! Carlos really hit it out of the park here again! He is really amazing. Goes way beyond the call of duty with little extra care, and unrequested, additional cleaning favors. He mopped our kitchen floor and vacuumed under the seat cushion of our club chair. Three months ago I read the glowing reviews here and thought we’d give him a try. He cleaned our badly damaged, white berber carpet. Sears wrecked it by over saturating it and leaving their sour smelling chemicals in our rug! Carlos knew how to fix it (another cleaner refused to touch it due to the damage Sears caused). Carlos not only got the nasty stench out, but the carpet looked like new! We were blow away and couldn’t wait to get him back to do it again. I cannot recommend this guy enough. If you want an amazing hard worker, who knows what he’s doing, he’s the one.

Carlos knocked it out of the park today. I highly recommend these guys. I was able to book a last minute appointment for 7am on a Saturday because another cleaner fell through. They totally accommodated with only 12 hrs notice. Carlos was on time, actually early, and got in and out in about 20 minutes. His work quality is exceptional. He turned dirty, gross carpet into brand new, fresh smelling carpet. I will definitely use again. These guys are AWESOME. Thanks sooooooo much for your hard work and helping me out in a pinch. A+

I had a bad experience with another company and was looking for a last minute option to get my carpets cleaned because I was moving out of my apartment and wanted to keep as much of my deposit as possible. They were very accommodating and cleaned the carpets great. Also did the laminate floors for a fraction of what I would get charged by the apartment. I would definitely use these guys again.

Let’s start by saying how terrible my carpets were. I’ve had pet stains and plenty of other stains on the carpet over the course of me living here (25 years). We wanted to replace the carpet but that’s too expensive right now, so we decided to clean the carpets. Carlos from spotless cleaners did an amazing job. The room no longer smells like cat piss and is actually livable. He also did our hallway and stairs. He showed me the dirty water that came from our floors and boy was I ashamed. Anyhow, his service really helped us a lot considering we’re going to be having a baby in the room. I would recommend them to anyone. They’re prices were very reasonable especially the work they had to do. I will be calling them again for our living room soon.

Wednesday I get a call that my aunt can’t host this thanks giving and my family has
No other place to gather but… yes you guessed it MY HOUSE!!. Now I’m a clean person but my aunts and mother are complete clean freaks and rather than having a good dinner talking about the food I pictured them pointing out stains on my rugs and carpet telling me how to clean and who to call… lol yeah… no thanks .
So I search quickly online and I’m overwhelmed by the options and websites, I post on Facebook my dilemma and one of my friends recommended spotless rug cleaners .I give them a call at 6:30pm, to my delight a nice guy named Greg picked up the phone. I told him my problem and we even had a nice laugh together. Very accommodating and knowledgable aswell.
Long story short they arrived in 3hours the day before my Last minute Thanks giving Dinner ! And did an awesome job. Although Greg seemed younger than I expected the guy is a class act and very knowledgable about what he is doing .

I just got my carpets shampooed a couple days ago and the experience was amazing! When I called to book the appointment, I was helped by Greg who was extremely professional and patient as he explained to me the exact process. A bonus is they use only organic/​natural detergents to clean your carpet so it’s pet friendly and baby friendly. Greg quoted me over the phone and I booked the appointment for the next day. Simple as that.
Carlos, the carpet cleaning expert (who has been working in this industry for 14 years) arrived at the exact time we scheduled for and it literally took him less than an hour to finish my entire studio. He was extremely thorough and I couldn’t believe how easily the stains came out of the carpet. He used an industrial machine that left our carpets super white and super soft! Carlos went the extra mile to put plastic liners under all of my furniture to ensure they wouldn’t stain the wet carpet. The carpet was dry within hours!
Both Greg and Carlos were extremely professional and friendly. They were consistent with the price he had quoted me for over the phone even though Carlos said my studio is a little bigger than most of the studios they work in. He said they usually charge more for this large of a studio, but kept the promise of my quoted price anyway! So fantastic. Greg even called me a couple hours after for a follow up to ensure all went well with my service. It was a very thoughtful thing to do.
Anyway, I will be using this company’s services again in the future. I had a really great experience with them and highly recommend them if you’re looking for efficient and affordable carpet shampooing.

Solid carpet cleaning experience. Bonus that Carlos could clean sofas and pillows. He also surprised me by cleaning floor mats without my asking. Highly recommend.

I recommend that you use Spotless Rugs the next time you’re ready to clean your carpet. They are super friendly, that’s one of the things I liked about them the most. They move your furniture and vacuum for you. They even clean upholstery/​couches. They were fast, they even waited on me to get home because I was late, so not good on my part. I would define lay use them again
