Description

Specialties

Our intent is somewhat cliché (not that we mind): to encourage everyone to be happy, in an atmosphere that is «FUN, SUN & SOCCER!» Thankfully, with the support of incredible friends and families, the spirit has flourished. We feel lucky to step out onto the field and see the sea of smiling faces. It’s inspiring and infectious.

Our year has four seasons (summer, fall, winter and spring). Each of them last 10 sessions, having place at different venues. Our most populars, Crestwood Hills Park in Brentwood (Super Saturdays) and Cheviot Hills (Super Sundays). We also do school enrichment programs, birthday parties and personal coaching.

History

Established in 2001.

Julie & Justin created SoccerKidsUSA more than 10 years ago. Wanting to play together, outdoors, they created SoccerKidsUSA, with the goal of bringing people together in a comfortable, friendly and familiar setting. Soccer came easier for Justin, who grew up playing in the streets of Jerusalem. Julie, on the other hand, helped lead the cheering squad. What started as a group of 4 kids, has blossomed and grown into a wonderful community filled with smiles and high fives — and plenty of soccer!

Meet the Business Owner

Justin and Julie G.

Business Owner

Justin and Julie hail from the Midwest. He’s from Deerfield, Il. She’s from Southfield, MI. They conveniently met in Chicago, set up by Justin’s father, who kindly offered his son as a tour guide to the town’s new arrival, Julie. They took in a breakfast at the West Egg Café, and moved in together before the second cup of coffee. They coached a JCC youth Maccabi soccer team that competed in Los Angeles, a trip that reminded them what it’s like to be in a warmer winter climate, and inspired their eventual move to Los Angeles. Julie brokered in the Natural Food Business, while Justin distributed film and supported television production. Was then when they created SoccerKidsUSA.
