I was in the store for over 20 minutes and no one greeted me. The lady was working alongside a guy. They approached everyone but me. The store is so tiny that I was surprised that no one offered to help me. I was ready to drop money on jackets and jerseys like I did the year prior. I felt they were only approaching Spanish speaking customers when in fact I’m afrolatina! So don’t judge a book by its cover. Head over to Nicky’s for a bigger selection and better prices.

been coming here for years. The lady and guy are always so nice and helpful. Whenever there’s something I want that isn’t in store they give me options on when I could get it or if they could look for it in the back. maybe doesn’t have all the exact specifics I would look for, but definitely a stocked & ready soccer store for both novice & experienced

Location is good, Prices are so and so (As expected for any soccer shop on the area) But the actual reason for my very low review is that lady at the front. Rude, not helpful (at all), Replies «No» to every single question like a RUDE pre-​recorded message, I mean come on, l’m spending like almost $ 100 on a jersey, I’m not there begging for anything you know? I could easily take my business somewhere else, and I have. That unprofessional way of dealing with people is the reason you lose customers everyday. Keep your problems and your angry mug at home. I think she’s one of the owners because if she were an employee they would’ve fired her @ss a long time ago. Anyways, their products are good and because of that I wanted to give them a chance, but customer service is non-​existent and it’s kind of a shame because they have cool jerseys and track jackets (I’ve spent over $ 300 dollars at that store in 3 – 4 visits but enough is enough, rather buy online).

I came here to get soccer cleats for my children and they have what you want. The soccer gear is a bit expensive for this type of shop and the lady watches you like a eagle.

Customer service is horrible, the lady looks like she hates what she does. It’s the second time I’ve been in the store and her face never changes, your better off going to Nicky’s soccer shop instead.

Customer service is okay with me ahe has me in and out and she is able to answer my question when i have one and selection is really good here.

The women in there always seems like she is upset or something. Horrible customer service.

El peor servicio, tuve un gran problema con la trabajadora, compre 2 jerseys y solo me lleve una porque me dijo que dejara la otra para ponerle los numeros, pasaron mas de un mes, le marcaba y me desia que todavia no tenia los numeros, y una vez le marque me dijo que ya me havia dado la jersey solo me devia los numeros, QUE??? Yo le desia que revisara las camaras, y nunca lo hiso supuestamente nunca vio nada, me dijo que me daria otra jersey pero que quedaria en mi consiencia, me dio una actitud muy fea, antes hiva ahi a comprar, nunca mas, ademas me dio el numero correcto pero el nombre equivocado, le pedi 104 carlos fierro y me dio 104. M. Fierro, yo le dije, acaso no es carlos fierro??? Y me dijo no, esos son numeros oficiales, yo no le discuti pirque no estaba seguro del nombre completo del jugador ademas la situacion de la jersey ya era embarasosa, y me fui, y resulta que en efectivo, me dio el nombre equivocado, $ 120 dolares tirados completamente a la basura.

I agree with the other Unilocal user here. Customer service he is non existent. Here a little tale I like to call, «this blows»:
I went in and wanted to get a long sleeve AC Milan Ronaldinho jersey. (This was back when he was on the team). They had the Jersey but not the numbers or letters. She said I had to pay first and come back the next day. She had to call her boss to bring the numbers and letters over so they can apply them, she told me. I thought to myself, «really? These numbers and letters are so valuable that you have to keep them offsite?». She said she would call me when its ready and I reluctantly agreed, paid and left.
So 3 days pass and I call a few times and no one picks up the phone. So I decide to go in and see whats up. When I arrive the doors are locked (it’s noon on a Friday, they should be open) and I figured they are out on lunch. I wait and wait and they finally open the doors at 12:45 and the lady is surprised to see me. So I ask politely if there was any news on my Jersey. She says, «oh yeah we don’t have the numbers or letters for that. We won’t get them for another few weeks.»
At this point I am angry but more disappointed. So I ask for a refund and she says they don’t refund but they can give me back my money in store credit, so I was like –_​-​.
So I look around for something to spend my $ 125 on. I find a Japan World Cup jersey and decide to take it, but I wanted the numbers and letters for my favorite player on that team (#18 — Honda). She said okay, but her boss has to bring the numbers. I stop her right there and asked if she can call him first to see if he has them. She calls, but he doesn’t pick up.
She said she will call me in an hour and put a rush on it. So about 45 mins later I get a call saying that they have the numbers and letters but I won’t be able to pick it up till 6pm. The fact that she called back before an hour was up deserved one extra star.
As you can see this place pretty much blows. I would suggest any soccer fans to buy their stuff online from a respected website.

Horrible customer service. After another horrible experience with this chain at the Vermont store, I called this one to see if they had the item I wanted. The woman in the phone said yes they have the item. When I asked if they had a certain size, she said she would have to check, please call back in an hour. AN HOUR?! I decided to brave traffic and drive over. When I got there the lady said they didn’t have what I was looking for. When I explained that I called to check and that’s why I drove my ass all the way over, she just said «well we don’t have any more of those.» Not even an apology, just acted like my phone call didn’t exist. didn’t even offer to call the van nuys store to see if they had any available. fuckers
