CLOSED — went today and mechanics told me it’d been a month since he left.

Robert at Smog It All is great! I went to get my car smog checked last weekend and was in and out in less than 15 minutes! He gives a $ 20 discount off his listed price, so after all is said and done the smog check will cost you $ 48.20. If you want fast, easy, and friendly service, this is definitely the place to go!

He’s incredibly service oriented, honest and quick. My service light was on as well but I think Jenn E. below maybe misunderstood the full picture. They ran the SMOG test, told me my emissions passed with flying colors and gave me a printed reading for why the service light was on. When you go back for the re-​reading it’s only $ 10 not $ 30 and it immediately links to the DMV online system and you’re all set. I will definitely remember the service light for next time, but I don’t feel taken advantage of. His time is worth something & if it was something with the emissions it would have been good to know then.
Plus the Starbucks down the street makes the waiting painless. ;-)

I highly recommend Smog It All. Fast, easy, and pleasant service. I noticed a review that dinged them for administering a Smog check despite the engine light being on and then telling them after that the illuminated engine light is what caused the failure. Well, when I pulled up the first question asked was whether or not my engine light was on. I guess they learned their lesson.

I failed to get this done in the suburbs, which I was told by many places in San Gabriel would cost $ 30 – 35. Smog it all was by far the cheapest and friendliest in the LA area. $ 48 for a smog check. Other places were $ 50 – 70, some, cash only. They take card and Robert was more than happy to explain the process to me. It took about min and there’s a little restaurant on site if you’re hungry.
Here’s my issue which I found out while getting my car up to par. My service light was on, which apparently means you are going to fail. So I failed. He took my money and said since it failed I have to go get it fixed and come back and he’ll recheck it for $ 30 instead of $ 50. I thought «wow! this guy is explaining this so well and is super honest.» WRONG, the dealer and the mechanic I eventually went to had to explain it to me that when the service light is on, that Smog Checks know before even doing the test that it will fail, and that he should have told me that. So yeah, basically he knew I didn’t know what I was doing and took advantage of me. Thanks for taking my trust.
Again, if your car is fine and you know it will pass, sure go here.

Easiest smog test EV-​er! How can a place with 3 F’s get 5 stars, you ask? Well go see Robert at Smog It All & find out! He is Friendly, Funny & Fast! I rolled in there during my lunch hour hoping to get this checked off my to do list. I was sweltering outside & Robert bet me that he’d have my car smogged in 20 minutes or less or he’d pay ME $ 10 bucks for each minute he ran over. Yes, it was probably just friendly chatter, but nevertheless he had my car done in 14 minutes!!! (Yep, I timed it!) He even took $ 10 bucks off the price – no doubt for my charming disposition and sparkling smile! ;-) Believe you me, in two years when my next smog check is due, I will definitely roll on over to see Robert again and you should, too!

This place is great! The guy there is nice, honest, and knows his stuff — that’s hard to find. I lucked out finding this place. I needed a smog for DMV, and this place is close to work, so I popped over during lunch. Unfortunately, I didn’t pass the first time. But the guy told me a simple fix. He said don’t take it to a shop because they’ll try to replace this whole part, but really it just needs this little tube cleaned out. I went to my parents house that weekend (my dad’s a mechanic). Dad said the guy was right and cleaned out that little piece for me. Took it back here the next week and passed with flying colors. Good price, convenient location, AND honest!

Took my car to get smogged here yesterday and they did a great job — good price and friendly service. Also right around the corner is Starbucks — by the time I got a coffee to go and got back my car was done and ready to roll! Highly suggest this place — no wait at all to get in.

SMOG review: Robert is good people. I didn’t get a chance to interact with anyone else, but will soon because I am going back for repairs the car needs.
In and out in the promised 20 minutes and not a minute more. My car failed the smog test. I took Robert’s advice to go straight to the dealer because my car was PZEV (partial zero emissions vehicle) and whatever caused me to fail was very likely under warranty. Next day, $ 0 dollars spent at the dealership, problem solved, I return for the pass and all is good again. I would not have gone to the dealer without Robert insisting and I appreciate the sound advice.

I was in need of a Smog Check ASAP since my Registration was due. I navigated Smog It All on my GPS since it was the closest place from the other Smog place (there machine broke). The guy was super nice + friendly. There was no wait; I headed to Starbucks and got a drink and sandwich once I got back my jeep was done and off I went!
I highly recommend going here!

Being the nearest STAR location to my apartment, I decided to have my smog check done here. Robert, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. There was no wait when I arrived and Robert had the job done in about 20 minutes. The price was better than I expected (my last smog check was $ 80 and this was much less). Smog It All is the place to go for a quick, inexpensive, and professional smog check.

I found Smog It All via a Unilocal search. I needed a smog check today and was in the area so I stopped in. There was no wait to be helped. The gentleman that does the smog check has a great personality and I’m glad I chose this place. Pretty quick service, no hassle, convenient to downtown area. You have to try this place if you are in the area!

Got in and out in 20 minuets. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Just what you’d want from a smog test center, plus a little more.
