I figured I’d try this place out since the holidays were just around the corner, and I wanted my teeth to sparkle. While the experience was professional, I was left thinking «hmmm, my teeth don’t look different at all.» Maybe my teeth just don’t take to the type of product they used.

Walked out this place with a HUGE (WHITE) SMILE! Couldn’t be more satisfied after my first 30 minutes whitening session and mineralization at Smile Labs! Went 4 shades brighter after first 15 minutes and 3 more after second 15 minutes, for a total of 7 shades whiter and brighter! Only thing, a little sore after few hours my teeth feel very sensitive but I guess it’s part of the working process since as roy explained, I’ll even go 1 or 2 shades whiter over night! Will come back 100%. Thanks Roy!

I went to SmileLabs solely based on the Unilocal reviews. Unilocal has NEVER let me down and this was no exception.
I just walked in early on Saturday morning to the Westside Pavillion location and met with Roy. Roy is super nice, super helpful and super honest.
I got the Groupon deal of the 2, 15 minutes sessions plus the remineralization. My teeth went from a 22 to a 5 on the scale. They are so much whiter. I should have done this MONTHS, or even YEARS ago. I am hooked. So hooked that I signed up for the 4 future sessions deal so I can keep my teeth looking great. I can’t stop looking at my teeth in the mirror now.
Let me also add that I had NO pain, NO sensitivity (because I got the remineralization), NO nothing. Completely pain free.

UHH I love this place! I think her name was Maria, but she made my experience very comfortable and pleasurable. I was in and out in an hour since I got the 30 min treatment with mineralization I bought for $ 100 on groupon. The results are real! I am definitely coming back before all my special events to whiten my teeth. My teeth are not that yellow to begin with but I was able to get to the whitest white. I can’t help but notice my new smile as well! I love this place!

I had a really great experience here with great results! My teeth went up 6 shades with the double treatment, and I was in and out in less than an hour!
I didn’t have an appointment, but they got me in almost right away. The place is so nice and clean and they explain every step in great detail and make you feel so comfortable the whole time! Plus with the 30% off Unilocal deal, the price is right! Recommending this place to all of my friends!

I had a amazing experience here! I forgot her name but she made me feel very comfortable for my first experience.
I bought the a groupon deal for $ 100 that includes a 30 minute whitening and mineralization at the end.
The whole process was easy and painless. Which is why I came here. You have the option to apply the gel on yourself but I had the girl do it for me.
After everything finished, I actually saw results! My teeth weren’t that yellow to began with but I went up 6 shades. The second to the most white! There was no sensitivity at all either.
When you check out they give you a option to buy more from $ 36 for one.

The staff was very helpful and I was able to get a decent price with the Unilocal check In. I did have to wait a bit, since the employee was at lunch when I arrived and they had no backup to cover wile she was out. I did 2 sets on 15 min and saw a slight difference. Maybe I need to do more sessions to get the results I want.

I had my first treatment a few days ago and noticed a huge difference in my smile. I went up 6 shades at the top and 4 shades at the bottom. I bought the groupon for two 15 minute sessions back to back which I highly recommend. My sister also noticed how bright my smile was. It was quick and painless. Id never had a professional tooth whitening service before, but I’d tried strips and whitening toothpastes hoping to get results. I never did.
My girlfriend and I decided to give it a try while we were at the Westside Pavillion. We really didn’t know what the process was like or the duration, but we both wanted whiter teeth and were willing to learn.
We decided to go for it after learning from Carlotta, the gorgeous technician on duty, how easy and quick it was. Prior, we thought it would be an hour-​long process. We were pleasantly surprised that each session is only about 15min. We decided to both do a session.
Carlotta talked us thru the simple steps as we cruised right along. After snoozing thru the actual UV portion of process, I couldn’t believe the drastic difference. She actually charted our shades before and after the procedure, and it was greater than I thought was actually possible.
We are both glad that we listened to Carlotta and treated ourselves to our new smiles. We are going to do a double session next time. We will easily be at the whitest on the chart then.

Ahh! I absolutely enjoyed my experience here with David and Roy (both of whom are super nice and comforting). I got two sessions back to back with remineralizing afterwords. I’m definitely coming back to brighten my teeth even more, as the results were awesome. My teeth were initially brighter before the remineralizing treatment, but the remineralizing treatment seals your teeth so you can eat whatever you want without worrying about staining (worth it!)

I had a great experience today. Linda was so nice and very professional. I always thought whitening was expensive but it really was affordable! If I knew, I would have tried it sooner and didn’t waste my time and money on Crest strips. So happy with the result. I will go back in two months for more whitening.

I had a great experience 2 yrs ago and I went back today with my sister who was very pleased, as well. I had 2 gift cards, one per each session and I used only one as my teeth got super white with only a session. I will use the second one in a few months. The place is clean, well kept and Jessica was super sweet and took great care of us. She was also very informative over the phone. Thanks for the great experience and see u soon!

I read the reviews for this place and then bought the Groupon for $ 49 for one, 15 minute session (regular $ 99). I never had my teeth professionally whitened, but I have used Crest Whitestrips before. They made my teeth really sensitive so I had to stop.
When I went in, Linda assisted me. She is awesome! Very friendly and explained the entire process so I felt comfortable. She also recommended the bonding process after the 15 minute whitening. This helps if you do have sensitive teeth, keeps the color locked in, and you can eat/​drink whatever you want right after. If you don’t do it, you are supposed to only eat/​drink white products for 48 hours so you can keep your color fresh.
I am so happy with my results! My teeth went a few shades lighter and they are not sensitive at all. I will definitely go back again. I hope Linda is there too because she is wonderful!

Not worth it. I bought a Unilocal deal almost a year ago for $ 69. I went in and did the session and saw very little results so I took the offer to add an additional session on the spot for $ 39. I saw better results, but I think I got ripped off since I saw others here saying they got 2 sessions for $ 75!!!
For what I paid I probably could have bought 3 at home whitening kits and gotten the same or better results.

I bought 2 sessions for $ 75 from lifebooker and I am so happy with my results. It’s been more then a week and I still can’t stop noticing my smile.
Highly recommend getting two back to back sessions for maximum results. I believed I went up 10 shades whiter but results vary from person to person.
I have experienced absolutely no sensitivity during and after the procedure. I left so impressed that I ended up more sessions to touch up in the future.
The staff here are very pleasant and helpful. They are efficient and make you feel very comfortable. Great customer service.
The storefront and service area was very clean and hygienic. They offered cute and kitschy boutique dental products and lip balms for sale.
Will definitely be back!

So I don’t normally write reviews, but I want to give this place some acknowledgment and ease the mind of any skeptics. I agree with another Unilocaler that one service isn’t going to change your life, but it does help!
I came in around 6:30PM on a Monday as a walk-​in and there was no wait. Linda helped me and she was very personable and thorough. She didn’t make me feel embarrassed when I put on and took off my mouthpiece like an idiot.
I didn’t know just how un-​white my teeth were until I came in. and so after a 15-​minute session, my teeth got maybe 3 shades whiter. But not good enough! So thankfully I bought a 2 session deal on Groupon (paid $ 72 for it) and decided to do another 15 minutes. You can choose to save the second one if you’d like.
Now my teeth didn’t get bleachy white like I daydreamed of, but it certainly does look better! My gums didn’t have any sensitivity, but my teeth are sensitive so they did. Later that night they were hurting, but nothing extreme. All in all, it was worth the money especially not having to go into the dentist for!
