Just dont do it. Read all the other reviews first they are all 100% accurate. Customer service hasnt improved at all. Got scammed for most of my deposit and experienced many of the same horrror stories.

I lived in a property they managed 3 years ago. They took over after the landlord passed away. When one year came up on my lease the rate increases were outrageous to go month to month, which is one reason we moved in because we were told it would roll over to that after a year. So we signed on for a 7% rent increase for 6 months while we figured out where we wanted to move to.
For the last 8 months i lived there I had rusty water in my bathroom. I told the manager, emailed the company photos every week and finally had to call the health department. It was never fixed while I lived there. When I moved out they kept several hundred dollars from our deposit. There were no receipts or explanation as to why they kept the money, illegal to do that. I had to go wait in their office for hours for no one to be willing to meet with me and send them a certified letter to take them to small claims court. Finally I got the rest of our money. I would NEVER recommend them.

Since I moved in, I’ve been submitting work orders for the washing machine. It has broken down and not functioned properly. It’s been 9 months now and the management has sent vendors out who pronounce it works fine. This has been a huge hassle and a great disappointment. I believe the management is trying to rectify the situation… fingers crossed.

Don’t rent from these people. They never answer your service requests. Completely ignore you, unless you owe them your rent money, then watch out!!!

This management company has a horrendous service.
They illegally held onto my deposit for more than 21 days, and kept telling me «the check was mailed» until I told them that I will take a legal action.
While I lived in one of their properties, they never came for maintenance even under the urgent condition, such as plumbing broke and human feces all over the parking spots.
Don’t rent a property from this place.
Not only you will lose your money, but you will live in misery.

This company is completely inept and cannot do their job in any extent of the word. Just avoid working with this company.
