This company is Scam or fraud. Receipt shows 8:30 departure at Anaheim. No bus showed up for 45 minutes. No answering phone. Beware this company.

This company is a SCAM or a front of sorts. The BBB has been contacted. All of the previous reviews are spot on with my experience. DO NOT book or even attempt to book through this site. If you already paid, good luck attempting to receive a refund.

I feel like there should be as many stars as there are people answering their phones. None. Maybe that’s too harsh. Maybe I should give them as many stars as the amount of buses that came to pick me up to go to Vegas. Nope, I can’t do that. There is not a no stars options.
That’s right! I saw people saying they cancelled! I saw that people on here said they don’t pick up their phones. I tried to give this company a chance and the bus didn’t show up. I called, emailed… And nothing. Thanks a lot. I’m so glad I drove myself to the Fullerton Amtrak station so that I could also just drive myself to Vegas.

So I am a dumb ass and still booked a trip regardless of their lack of customer service trying to book a trip.
So I got to the union station 30 minutes prior to departure. The website only says «la union station amtrak.» I’m running around like an idiot trying to find the bus. I asked a security personnel if he knew what bus I’m talking about. He didn’t know but even relayed the question over the radio. No one seems to know what bus I’m talking about.
Does this shuttle exist. Now I’m stuck here at union station wondering what I should do. I’m stuck in the parking garage. And now I know I’ll have to waste money on parking for nothing. It’s already passed the departure time.
I called to get more info. And of course… no answer… fml. poorly ran business. Where do they get the money to stay in business? They better give me a refund.

Along with other reviewers, I have had multiple problems booking and getting in contact with the company. Our first reservation was cancelled last minute due to some computer error. They actually replied personally to this issue and was very pleasant and offered a free round trip ticket including our living social voucher for our trouble. I emailed back asking how I was to redeem the extra voucher and never heard back from them. A couple of weeks ago, I tried to make another reservation using our original living social vouchers, which they said would still be available. They were marked as already redeemed. I emailed them twice and even called them, and still have not heard anything back 2 weeks later.

Stay the hell away from this company… unless you want your trip to Vegas to start off in the worst horrible way… Everything you read below and from other users is TRUE! We booked online 1 month prior to the trip. I emailed to confirm the reservation the DAY BEFORE and got a response several hours later that «We were not booked for the trip.» They tried to BAIT AND SWITCH us to some horrible bus service in some bad part of downtown. We ended having to drive ourselves up. The sooner this company goes out of business, the better the world will be!!!

I too experienced terrible service, mixed emails, and the run around. I booked my trip 1 month in advance. After waiting a week for a confirmation, I called and called and messaged on their website. I finally got a hold of a representative who confirmed my booking. 3 weeks later (the night before my trip) I received an email stating that my booking was not confirmed and that all the seats on the bus were full. This was very confusing since I had an email confirmation and a ticket emailed after I had paid. I frantically tried calling and messaging the company with no response. Then I received an automated email at 4:30AM the morning of the trip reminding me that my booking was confirmed and that the shuttle would pick me up at 12:30PM in front of Union Station. Relieved, I grabbed my things and showed up at Union Station at 12PM, 30 minutes before departure. 15 minutes later I began to get worried since there was no sign of the shuttle and began asking Union Station representatives if they knew where the Shuttle2Vegas was picking up. NO ONE I asked had heard of the company and couldn’t help. I again tried calling and calling Shuttle2Vegas to ask where the shuttle was and where it picked up with no luck. I waited until 1PM and finally I got a call from a representative at Shuttle2Vegas. She stated that my booking wasn’t confirmed and that she tried reaching out to me to put me onto another companies shuttle. I told her I had already paid and received both a ticket and booking confirmation and waited for the bus that was supposedly full for an hour. She apologized and said she would call me right back with the details of the other shuttle she would try to put me on. I said ok, hung up, and waited. After an hour I decided to go home and drive myself to Vegas. 2 hours later (3 hours after our last conversation) the representative calls me telling me she could not get me onto the other shuttle but she could reserve a seat for me on a shuttle that left the next day. I said thanks but no thanks I don’t trust you or your company I want a refund. She said to contact LivingSocial for a refund since I had used their promo. code to buy the ticket.
I did and my refund request is still pending.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Use MegaBus or Amtrak do not be fooled like I was by this scam. I know it sounds good with its free drinks and snacks but its all a LIE. I hope Karma comes back to the people who run this terrible scam.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would be happier. This company is super unreliable. I should have read the other reviews before attempting to book a trip. I purchased the deal on livingsocial as an anniversary gift for my parents since they had planned a trip to vegas to celebrate. After booking on the shuttle to vegas site, I quickly received and email saying that they had received my booking request but it was not yet confirmed. After a day, I still hadn’t received a confirmation email so I called the company multiple times. The site says that they are open 9 – 6 but they are always offline and never answer phone calls or return calls. They finally sent me a confirmation email 5 days later stating that there were no seats available. They «offered» me seats on another bus but that bus did not serve alcohol or did it have snacks or entertainment. But I missed that opportunity as well because they emailed me mid day on Christmas day and gave me a couple hour window to reply to confirm. The bottom line is DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Buyer beware… this company is unreliable and does not communicate efficiently, does not answer their business phone, and cancels confirmed reservations at the last minute. This sounded like a great way to get to Vegas, and my buddy and I were all set to go. We both purchased our vouchers and received an email back stating that they received our request, but we were «unconfirmed» but to await for an email with the confirmation number shortly. We waited 5 days and still no response. Logged into their website, called the phone number multiple times during their business hours, and got an automated voice mail, left multiple messages, never received a call back. I sent an email from their webform, and finally received an answer a few days later that they had a «internal computer crash» and would be filling requests shortly (that didn’t make me feel much better that my personal information was safeguarded), but I did receive an email with a confirmation number for my requested date which was 2 weeks out. So, I felt, might as well try it out, and see how this mode of transport would work out for future visits to Vegas.
But here is the WORST part — it’s the night before we are to leave, and I get a wake-​up call from by buddy that we were just emailed that all trips have been CANCELLED for the next day (great advance notice — especially when I have already taken vacation time and paid for a non refundable hotel room). Sure I’m going to gamble some when I get to Vegas, but don’t gamble with your transportation options and avoid this company. I could have made a cheap air flight had I known a week ago that they were going to cancel on me. Oh well… I’ll be seeking a refund.
Now it’s midnight and I am scrambling to find a way to Vegas tomorrow.

Think twice before you book with this company. We booked more than a month out. We were so excited to try this service and even more excited to not have to deal with Vegas traffic when going for my husbands Marine Corp ball. I spoke with the company on mulitple basis to make sure we wouldnt have any bumps with our trip. I was assured over and over everything was good. Than the day before we are set to leave I got a email stating they over booked and we didnt have seats. We were left last minute with no transportation to Vegas for my husbands Marine Corp ball and we also had another couple who purchased tickets with us who were left with no seats. Extreme disappointing.

BEST transportation ever! I didn’t know what to expect from this service but my friend was very enthusiastic because of the excellent price. We went with two other friends and had the greatest time ever. The drive was smooth and the hostess on the bus was so cool. We were given drinks and snacks were also provided. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want to deal with the traffic madness of VEGAS. Just use shuttle2vegas and sit back in the super comfy chairs and enjoy the trip to the strip!
