Shirt Agency

Based on my experience of my first order I will not continue with this business. There is no communication between owners, their invoice did not reflect the change in price based on changes made (and could not clearly explain as to why that was), finish by date was not met, quality of final product was terrible.

Joni was amazing! Not only did she truly care but she went above and beyond to meet our expectations! She really cares to do a great job! I am so thankful to have found such a great place to get our embroidery done!
They do an awesome job!

Parking is the only issue in the front. I Didn’t ask if there was parking in the back or the side the building. Great Customer services. You two retail reps to help you put as soon as you walk in an they have press on display. an the shop is in the back th eownere was there very nice and insightful.

Avoid at All cost!
I was with them for a year. Now that i think about it, they told me whatever i wanted to hear, just to get me to print with them. No minimums, same low reseller price, etc.
Indeed, my first run i was highly pleased. When i asked for a low count for my 2^nd run, they increased the price and said it was because of my count. (So much for No Minimums) I sent a copy of my first invoice which was different per shirt, they became VERY defensive and stood their ground and stood by their new invoice. I still printed since I was out of time to look for a new printer.
My 3^rd and final order. I was told they had a new 2 week turnover policy for summer. After I called for my order at the end of two weeks, i was told my order was not ready and I could pick it up the following day. The following day I received a call shortly before pickup time, i was told again they were not ready and I could pick them up the following day. I said, this was not acceptable and they finally arranged to have my t-​shirts ready later that afternoon.
When i picked the shirts up, they had been clearly mistreated, crammed into small tight plastic bags and wrinkled. In addition, the prints had a CLEAR hot-​plate mark on most of the shirts. NEVER in the prints I’ve had with them, have I seen this dark mark. Did they forget to use the ironing sheet? They responded by telling me, that’s how they come, a poor excuse. I’ve never seen this mark on my shirts and can’t sell them with this. This issued me a partial refund (since they KNEW) and proceeded to tell me they could no longer serve my needs and thanks for my past patronage.

I came here a few months ago to order some shirts and they we’re great !, they looked amazing & we’re done on time. This last order took a while to recieve. We received all different shirts and we’re missing 1. The times kept changing for pick up and so did the dates. For a business it is very unprofessional to not have exact dates. Wish them well but wouldn’t not recommend it.

Joni and everyone there were very helpful in helping me get a design together and choosing the type of tshirt that would best fit in my budget. Good turn around and direct contact throughout. Pretty hard to beat they’re price if not impossible.

I searched long and hard in the Los Angeles area to have some custom shirts done and by far Joni and the shirt agency were the best!!! Their price was amazing and they helped me with my art work! Not to mention my order was done within a few days!!!
Anyone that needs some shirts or screen printing done needs to call Joni! Their prices, customer service and quality of product are the best I have ever seen! They gave us choices of different cottons and fashion form fitting shirts as well as women’s shirts and they were all in the same price range!!! Give them a chance they’re the best in the business!

So we actually live in Portland, OR and heard of the Shirt Agency through a friend. So decided to contact them about making shirts for a brewery that were starting on Kauai. We needed the shirts ASAP because we were getting a big shipping container together and wanted to get them on there so we wouldn’t have to pay taxes or postage!
The whole experience was great, mostly email contact. we picked out the shirts we wanted online with help from the company answering questions about quality of the shirts. Then the designer sent us examples of what they though we wanted the shirts to look like per our description. They were perfect! Exactly how we imagined them. Also they were able to expedite the shipping to make sure that we had received out package in time to put it into our container. YAY!

i appreciate the designer’s expertise in creating an original shirt. He was receptive to my input and his price was fantastic!
