Shannon is a great communicator, we emailed and texted at all hours of the day and night, even while she was on vacation with her family. She was very flexible in adjusting her schedule to meet us at random times on random days, sometimes on an hours notice. I came to rely on Joey for his expertise in construction. When we would look at properties together he was our sanity check, our voice of reason. He could spot issues and explain why a house was in good shape or in need of work just by walking through it. He provided a wealth of information we would not have had access to otherwise. In the end this dynamic duo helped us find the perfect property. Shannon is a pro. She knows the neighborhood and does her home-​homework before showing you potential… homes. (We learned from experience that not every Realtor does this!) The escrow, signing and closing process was a snap, she answered all of our questions along the way. We got a fair price (for Los Angeles) and she never encouraged us to overbid or rushed the process. She’s very even-​keeled in the face of the challenges that inevitably come up and patient, keeping us – first-​time home buyers — very comfortable.
We met Joey and were impressed with him too, he led us to Shannon actually.
Long story short, we have a house now, are super excited to be there and really happy with our decision.
