I have lived that serrano club apartments for more than a year now, And have had nothing but good experiences here.
The building is very well-​maintained, cleaned three days a week, and maintenance seems to be done on a regular and timely basis. I have never seen a roach or a bed bug or anything like that in my apartment.
The manager is an incredibly nice lady, who cares about the building and cares about the tenants. She decorates the building for the holidays, and tries to make us feel like this is our home.
