I have known Sergio for over 27 years. Sergio is a gentleman. I recently bought our wedding rings from him. Sergio certainly gets 5 star, I was not so thrilled with his wife. I did not have a good experience with her shopping for our rings. If you get Sergio to help you, go for it. Real nice gentleman. The missing 2 stars are because of her.

Sergio and Lena are two of the most charming people I’ve met. I was strolling along Hill Street and looking for earrings and a necklace to replace some jewelry that was stolen. I had picked out a topaz necklace at 23rd Street Jewelers for $ 3000. I was shocked to see nearly the identical necklace but with much bigger stones at Sergio’s at a fraction of the price. I also picked out a unique pair of gold earrings different than I had ever seen before.
I highly recommend Sergio’s if you are interested in (1) great customer service; (2) a friendly no-​hassle atmosphere; (3) unique inventory of quality items; and (4) great prices.
I am thrilled with my purchases and can’t wait to go back.
