After seeing all the positive reviews for SSS, I called to ask them to come to our home to upgrade our monitoring system and we wanted to start monitoring with them. We had an appointment Monday, and they cancelled earlier in the day stating that whoever was coming to give us the estimate was having car trouble. Then rescheduled for today, Wednesday at 9am. At 8:57 they called to tell us they couldn’t make it, again. I didn’t bother re-​scheduling again and if they don’t have enough time to show up when they have a simple estimate appointment, what’s going to happen when my alarm goes off and «they have car trouble»? I found that really unprofessional and unacceptable.

We subscribed to Security Service Systems over 30 years ago when we moved to Mar Vista. They are great! If I go out of town, they come by the house, take care of the newspapers and mail, and just keep an eye out. When I return, they come by to make sure it is me in the house. They’ve serviced and updated my system, and I’ve always been very satisfied. I’ve tried to get more people in my neighborhood to sign up because then we’d have patrol cars ride by more often. When you compare what SSS offers versus ADT, there is just no comparison. Security Service Systems wins hands down.

I was referred to Security Service Systems by a neighbor. Great service! The patrolman is always around, very friendly, and helpful. They’re also local and family owned. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone out around the Westchester or nearby areas who are looking to install a new security system.

I signed up for the Armed Patrol service in Westchester and then quickly moved my alarm monitoring to them from ADT. I have been so happy to see the SSS patrol cars in the area every day. Many of my neighbors have subscribed and I hear good reports from them as well. George, Rob, John, Paul and the rest of the people with whom I have worked with have been terrific. Personable and helpful.

I’m liking them! They’ve been really responsive to any calls made and questions answered very quickly. They also offer vacation watching of your home too! Score! Local and family owned. They live in and service Westchester! Hopefully all of Westchester will sign up so we all can save money!

HORRIBLE SERVICE — they never return calls and several times the alarm has gone off and no one has called or showed up — Dont bother — use ADT
