I’ve been a customer of sean’s company for over 7 years. They have been straight forward and clear in my dealings with the company. It feels more like talking to a friend or close aquantance than dealing with a customer service agent from half way around the world. We’ve been involved in a few accidents but we are told when the accidents drop off and our trays go down instead of a large company just continuing to over charge you.

Canceled my policy with them because I was in need of a towing and i was not informed by my agent when I added my 2nd car that without a certain coverage on that particalur car I was not covered for towing under my policy. I received no help but a sorry. I was basically left out on the side of the road to figure it all out
I feel that this is something my agent should of informed me of at the time of adding this particular car, i have NEVER had a policy which covered individual cars and NOT the policy holder?
I have decided to leave Sean Paul and Mercury directly because of this situation.
