Mr. Sani is the founder of Sani Law. He is an employment law litigator with extensive experience in both state and federal courts litigating single plaintiff and class action employment matters. Mr. Sani specializes in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and wage hour violations.

Mr. Sani has been recognized as a «Rising Star» by Super Lawyers Magazine in the field of Employment Litigation for the years 2013 through 2015, a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys practicing in Southern California.

Prior to founding Sani Law, Mr. Sani practiced employment law for several years at Littler Mendelson, P.C., the largest labor and employment law firm in the country. During his time at Littler, Mr. Sani represented numerous small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies in employment lawsuits, including in jury and bench trials and appeals.
