This review is not for the store but rather the company.
Shoes are getting more and more expensive and quality is not there anymore .
Shoes fall apart, fashion jewlery doesn’t last and their bags scratch easily.
So annoying when you buy a female bag for your girlfriend and it shows scratchmarks after the 2^nd time wearing it.
Quality not there anymore.

Michelle and the other guy that looks like Buzz light year in the face are down-​to-​earth and one of the reasons why I shop @Ferragamo 5 stars for you guys

I am appalled by the unprofessional and rude attitude of the staff here. I needed to exchange a belt I received as a gift. After I had walked in I was escorted out of the store by security because they were «closed» despite the fact that the door was open and they were helping other customers. One of the two security people told me to come back at 10 am; I pointed out it was already 10:20 and he told me they were «opening late». Again, the store was already open for others, just not me. I went to Rodeo Drive location and they handled my return in a quick, friendly, and professional manner. The staff here should take a lesson from the Rodeo Dr. staff.

My most recent experience in this store was much better than the previous. I had some issues with a bag and the manager was not very… helpful. So after sending the bag out twice, they did swap it out and i’m fairly ‘satisfied’ that they did so, but overall the process was a bit more drama than i’d expect for this company. I couple of good, new sales people working here (since ‘Dre and Alfredo left). I do like their shoes, suits, and belts.

Of all the brands that make leather products for men, Ferragamo is definitely in my handful of favorites. I have had a Ferragamo belt for about five years and it has not moved despite me wearing it *every* day.
Ferragamo was a master leather worker above everything else. That’s why the belts last, the wallets are solid and the shoes are both comfortable and durable; not to mention that the styles are young and fresh (but for the older audience, they also keep the classic models).
When I spend over $ 200 for a belt, I may be afraid to even use it because I wouldn’t want to damage it. You don’t have to feel that way here. These products are luxury, high quality but can take a beating. That’s sort of my pre-​requisite if I’m going to invest in something nice.
On another note, if you head to the ladies store, their silk scarves with these lovely colorful motifs make excellent gifts for older women (like mom and grandma)…I have made many a happy lady in my family with these gifts, plus, you don’t have to worry about picking up the wrong size!

I love this Salvatore Ferragamo store! If you ever need some nice casual clothing, a nice pair of shoes or quality Italian leather goods… check out this Ferragamo store and ask for Joseph. He will hook you up and provide you with awesome customer service.

GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!! I had put something on hold for my BF as a present for graduation, when I got to the store the sales associate informed me someone would get it for me.
Out walked Beli, the general manager of the store, dressed in grey slim suit, all clean cut lines and a pair of timeless this season’s farragamos! He showed me the money clip to verify it was indeed the right item, then proceeded to offer my friend and I waters, sodas and other beverages. I declined, but my friend asked for water, Beli quickly returned with 2 small bottles of Fiji water.
During the course of the transaction, Beli made small talk which made me very comfortable. After he completed the transaction, he inquired whether I wanted the item gift wrapped. I said «that would be wonderful!» He did a wonderful job with the wrapping — box, ribbons, bag, gift receipt, the whole shabang! After which, he introduced himself and offered me his business card. Overall, one of the best shopping experiences ever!!!

My kinda store. Very classy and chic. The associates are very professional, articulate, well versed and dressed. The store layout is quite alluring too. Mainly because it’s bight AND dark. I know that makes little sense, but it’s like the store is contoured with many shadows and a dark essense all over it while at the same time, it provides ample light and is nicely brightened, just enough to see the wonderful products they offer.
Since first introduced to SF, I have been a fan and this location continues to exemplify the excellence that Ferragamo demands as a company.
