The staff are very friendly and helpful always, especially WENDY
I appreciate her patience & knowledge
Only wish the parking was better and maybe carrying more skin care supplies

This review is NOT for the store as I never made it in, it is for the parking. I refuse to pay $ 5 to valet for routine shopping. Maybe I’ll try back on a weekday, but will probably stick to Burbank from now on. What a waste of time.

Best Salon Centric in the Valley!!! The Employees here the best! They are very helpful when I make orders threw the phone! And they’re product knowledge is a B+ which is a plus because most beauty supply store have employees that have no product knowledge what so ever ! I would definitely recommend this location!

This post is for salon centric in general. We used to have a member card and recently have stopped being a member. They put restrictions on our account for no reason. It has been more than 4 years and they haven’t done anything, and our clients are used to the products they sale and we used to sell. We tried calling corporate but they seem not to care, for they never return our call or answer the phone.

I don’t understand what the other reviewers are about. Every time I walk in here I’m greeted with a smile and hello and the girls there are super nice to me. They help me out when I have questions on new product and are honest when they haven’t used them yet. This place is for licensed professionals only. I just wish they carried joico.

The store itself is nice as are most of the staff, they are usually very helpful. However, the last time I was shopping here the sales clerk up front was a bit catty and rude to me, I don’t know if it was because I was in sweats, I took a minute to find my card in my wallet, or because she was flirting with the man behind me, but it was really disappointing and not the type of service I usually get at SC.
