Alex Sage, the owner, came out after hours because I work late in a different city and it was the only time I could be home to meet him. He was SUPER communicative all day making sure that the time would work for me. He even texted me! He showed up and fixed my dryer problem quickly and without hassle. My dryer’s coils were bad and he had the parts and fixed them! I have been without a dryer for over a week and now I can finally do laundry again. Alex is an expert. I hope he never leaves Los Angeles. He has a customer for life! He also gave me a discount. What a gift. I hope everyone calls Sage Appliance for all home appliance, computer, and major electronic needs! Yes!
